  1. The league is not over. Dundee has got only 4 points, only 1 point ahead than us.
  2. I think that Rugby Union rules must be changed. Firstly, the field should be 68m*105m. Under the present rule, the field is 70m*144m (field of play 100m, ingoal 22m) Ingoal 22m is maximum, and "at least 10m, if possible", the rules say. I think that the field of play should be 85m and ingoal should be 10m. The primary reason is that Rugby have to share its ground with Association Football. And 22m ingoal is too large. 10m is enough. And goal should be replaced on the dead ball line, from goal line. The goal on the goal line is an obstacle for play. And, the number of players should be reduced from 15 to 13, like Rugby League. And, scrum and FK should be replaced by PK. The points of PG are different from 1 to 4 by the kind of offenses. What do you think?
  3. We've beaten Dundee, the no1 enemy in the Division 1. Forget the 1st game, and believe the promotion!
  4. I seriously want to see a 5-Players football. The 7-Players Rugby Union is fascinating. What will a 5-player football look like?
  5. Rugby Union has positions whose roles are clear. But, there is no such thing in Association Football. One team is 4-4-2, the other is 4-5-1, etc etc. I am not a historian of sports. But I suppose that the reason Association Football is played by 11-player teams is Cricket. In the beginning of Association Football, many clubs were "cricket and football clubs". I think that that is the reason Association Football is played by 11-player teams. I think that 11 should be reduced to 10, and the offside rule should be abolished. Reducing the number of players and abolishing the offside rule, there will be much attacking space and much more goals. And, the substitution number is too small. In the World Cup, 23 players are enlisted. So, 23 players should be allowed to play, like Futsal or Ice Hockey. And, I want to see a 5-player football (10 min half), like 7-player Rugby.
  6. Only 1 goal against Annan? 6 goals were needed!
  7. Wasn't there a rumor that Glasgow and Edinburgh would co-host the Olympic games? If that was realised, I'd happy to move to the Olympic Stadium, although it has 400m track. And Firhill will become Glasgow Warriors' home.
  8. West Ham United is willing to move to the Olympic Stadium. And the Club chairperson has the idea of renaming the club from West Ham United to West Ham Olympic. What do you think about that? Consider -- If Glasgow had Olympic games and then moving to the Glasgow Olympic Stadium... and renaming to Glasgow Olympic FC?
  9. Being in East Asia, I am not an active Irish republican in any sense. However, I support the cause of Irish reunification, as well as the liberation of Palestine, reunification of Korea, etc.
  10. From their website, Huntly FC's shirt is almost white. I do not like white shirts. Could you show me a picture of their away shirt?
  11. No. Before becoming a Jags fan, I bought some SPL shirts, such as Hearts GK (since I like Gordon), and yellow Hibernian (to support Hibernian at Parkhead) but not signed. I don't like signed shirts.
  12. I have two green-white hoops shirts. One is Yeovil Town. The other is QPR. QPR's colours are blue and white, but I bought the 3rd shirt which was cheaper in the end-of-season sales. As an Irish republican, I support Donegal Celtic, but I'm not sure whether wearing Donegal Celtic's shirt is OK for a Jags fan or not. I also want to buy Derry GAA shirt, but O'Neills online shop does not work. I sent them email but they don't answer.
  13. Shamrock Rovers are going to face Juventus in the Europa League qualifiers... They are going to sell the special Juventus version... as a collector of football shirts, it is very interesting. However, there is a big problem. Shamrock Rovers shirts are green and white hoops!!!!
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpwTRIDIQyQ Japan's international midfielder Endo has a special technique in PK.
  15. Only 2 goals against the 3rd Division side? We should have scored 6 goals! Our only aim -- promotion -- seems difficult from this result!
  16. Collection of football shirts is my hobby. In Scotland, if I exclude Partick Thistle, I am interested in Cove Rangers, Edinburgh City, East Stirlingshire, Stirling Albion, and Spartan. I have Wick Academy (Highland League), Queen's Park, Arbroath, and the Shetland FA. But small clubs do not answer email inquiry. Do they not to want to sell their shirts?
  17. Oh, strange... I wrote "Grade B "...
  18. I'm not good at English tests, particularly listening. The University at which I'm considering of studying requires: *IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in the written element) *TOEFL 92 (at least 23 in the written element) *Pearson Test of English (academic) A score 68 overall (with at least 59 in the reading, speaking and listening element, and at least 68 in the written element) *IGCSE English as a Second Language Grade C *Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency of English (Grade C) *Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (Grade The easiest for me is IELTS. However, I have another idea. Recently I passed the Grade 1 of STEP Eiken, the most popular English test in Japan. Grade 1 is equivalent to 6.5-7.0 in IELTS. A small number of universities in Britain recognise this test. Therefore I'll negotiate with the University to which I am applying about recognising STEP Eiken.
  19. No, he does not have Japanese citizenship, and he was educated in Korean schools for 16 years. The General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, a pro-DPRK organisation in Japan, runs abour 100 Korean schools in Japan, including Korea University. (Korea University in Japan has no relationship with the University of the same name in the Republic of Korea.)
  20. Yes he was crying while singing the Patriot Song (DPRK national anthem).
  21. He speaks Korean because he was educated in Korean schools for 16 years. He graduated from Korea University (http://www.korea-u.ac.jp/).
  22. Chong Tese (Daese), a Korean living in Japan and a DPRK international striker, moved from Japan to the German Bundesliga 2 side Bochum. I am not satisfied, since I believe that he can play in the Bundesliga 1. However, I now hope that he will play well for the promotion of Bochum. You may not be familiar with the Koreans in Japan. Because of the colonialisation by Japanese imperialism, many Koreans moved to Japan and still live. Chong Tese plays for the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) national team, and that gives much pride for the Koreans in Japan.
  23. 5 or 6 yards? too small... According to the Rugby Union rule, the field is 70m*144m (ingoal 22m). However, this rule is largely ignored. Even Twickenham has 10m ingoal (from what I saw on TV). I think that the rule should be changed. Rugby Union field is 68m*105m, and ingoal is 10m. And goal is placed not on the goal line, but dead bowl line.
  24. What is the pitch size of Firhill? 68m*105m? How long is the ingoal when Rugby is played at Firhill?
  25. In Japan, today is the election day of the Upper House. (In Japan, the half of the Upper House are elected in every 3 years) I spoiled my ballot. There is no point of choosing candidates, when all candidates (including the so-called Communists) are defending the interests of big business, particularly financial capital, against the working class. I have never missed voting "NO" to all Supreme Court judges in the Vote of Confidence, but the Vote of Confidence is held with the general election of the Lower House.
