  1. Reply received this morning.

Paper 'day' tickets must be used at one of the turnstiles specified (which will be either T40-44 or T45-49). Season tickets can be used at any turnstiles.

Worst case scenario for a City End dweller like myself is having to enter the stand at the far end and then walking along the concourse inside, but that's not a problem as I'm pretty sure the centre doors are always open these days.

Pretty sure I went through turnstyle T45-49 with a ticket that said T40-44.

  2. Some one on pie and bovril posted a link to a green brigade page and there quite a few comments from Celtic fans on the page getting tore in, calling them an embarrassment and telling them not to sing pro IRA songs etc. I thought that was interesting

I think the green brigade started with the aim of improving the atmosphere at Parkhead. Sadly it seems to have been taken over by the more extreme element of the support and used as a vehicle for other means.

Considering I'm in seat 3 of Row A I'm going to say no

That's crap, sorry to hear that.

Shouldn't the hospitality punters have filled the front rows if the club had to sell the front rows first? Least that way everyone gets treated the same.

  4. If you're intending on going to Firhill for your tickets I'd hold off for a few days.

Queued for about 30 mins this morning and was told they were being forced by the SFL to sell tickets from the front row back.

After travelling all the way to Firhill and waiting for 30 mins I couldn't be bothered having to go back later to try and get tickets further back.

So it looks like the fans getting out to buy tickets early are being punished with the worst view

If tickets had to be sold from the front row back I take it all the people who bought hospitality from Thistle will be in row A then?

  5. It may have been the same game or another time that season, but I also remember a cup game there that went to extra time and penalties. Luckily I was on a break during the extra time and in an empty executive box with other staff who were mostly female supporters of the other cheek of the same arse, so I could get away with my mental breakdown watching penalty miss after penalty miss.

I watched that game on Celtic TV as I couldnt make the match, the stream was terrible and kept buffering as Celtic were about to take another penalty and I didnt have a clue what was happening.

That was the same game where a Trigger header went about a million miles over the line but the linesman didnt give it.

I'm going to tape the Arsenal match, turn my phone off and sit in isolation miles away from anyone in the sprasely populated stand to avoid the score from the Nou Camp.

I tried this until some bellend in front of me decided to tell the world the score with 20 minutes to go. If he was that interested in the game he should have watched it instead.
