Would have gone solely to tick another ground off, however I'm sure by the second trip in March fans will be back ....?

£10 charitable donation made with low expectations of it working. 20 mins faffing around. Just giving up.
To be fair tried again with 20 mins to go and the stream quality was very good. What I saw took me back to the mid 80s - an empty Firhill and sh*t team.

Calum Campbell ( maybe ), Gary Peebles ( certainly ). I'm usually decent on players of that time but no idea who the other two are.

Sensible move scrapping the Challenge Cup. Don't believe it would have been wise to have teams crossing borders to compete. And let's face it a competition without the likes of Solihull Moors and Bray Wanderers just wouldn't seem the same.
I thought the prospect of a booze cruise away day somewhere new was the sole attraction of the Challenge Cup.

Mike Mulraney in tears today that the decisions of a ruling organisation is costing his club money. My heart bleeds for him. Concerned with losing his SFA blazer I assume.

Queens Park played Notts County in the 1885 FA Cup - a fixture that could have been repeated in the Challenge Cup this year.

Annan played in England also in the not too distant past.
As 1876 alluded to in the original post, Queens Park obviously were successful in the early years of English football.
I'm not aware of any unsuccessful applicants.
PTFC have also played in the FA Cup.

He has however been capped at Scotland U17 & U19 level, and is currently in the U21 squad.
Harder to get dropped from these squads than it is to get picked.

Always thought it was a game at Fir Park early 90's.

Iain Jardine?

Surely the penny must drop sometime soon that taking £8k out the game every week funding an absolute imposter isn't a good idea.

Unsurprisingly the medal went unsold. Should go via an auction house.

If Clyde decide to stream the Thistle game, who will pay to watch?
I might consider sitting through the first half for £200 cash in hand.
Ah right, pay not get paid

If the first match of the season is Cove away and Doncaster is in attendance to raise their flag I'd walk up there in bare feet to abuse him.

can't even remember the players wearing it in a game
Was worn against Aberdeen in a TV match at Pittodrie. The match where Higginbotham hit the bar straight from a kick off.

Partick Thistle is a cultureless club founded on the basic premise of: "meh, at least we're no the Old Furm.
Not sure that premise was in the mind of the founders back in 1876.

I'm amazed a transfer window is still a concept in these litigious times. Away from the top echelons of the game what is the point of it?

No need to wonder. Most have never heard of us.
Highly debatable. When I worked down south everybody I spoke to had heard of Partick Thistle. Indeed I would say PTFC have a reach in popular culture far beyond similar sized clubs in Scotland - for the wrong reasons perhaps.

More like 81% want someone sacked or they aren't getting paid.
