  1. Pics from an excellent win and performance are now available for viewing below; - Winning and NOT half freezing to death in getting the pics? I could get used to that!
  2. Pictures from today's loss now available for viewing via my old webshots site below; - First pic of the set in this link.
  3. The number 5 lashed out at Grehan after they fell to the ground and the number 5 put his hand on Grehan's throat. They fell because he had a handful of Grehan's shorts in the box, in full view of the linesman. Check out my photos later on and you'll see what I mean. As for Paton's penalty claim, a couple of us HEARD the contact with Paton's ankle.
  4. I had the pics edited, and Fotopic passed an inspection to put them on. Unfortunately as I was about to publish them, another late inspection made Fotopic take its baw and go home. Good news is that Webshots came up as a suitable venue for the postponed pic set, and they're now available for viewing in the appropriate thread. I blame yesterday's match referee. He was sharing some jokes with me before the game (that bit's no joke - they were all in a good mood), but obviously phoned Fotopic when he got back into the dressing room and called them off.
  5. Due to the seeming total disappearance of the Fotopic sites, I've battered my pics of the goals and other action from yesterdays majesticness onto last seasons webshots pics. Here they are with the link taking you straight to the first one from yesterday; - A day when even the weather couldn't dampen the happiness. Even the stewards and polis were friendly!!!!!! (well - to me anyway). To some, the site will bring some nostalgic memories back. To others, the return of past nightmares long forgotten. But yesterday was.............well.................. :worshippy: p.s. mind to click onto the next image using the icon at the top right of the page. There's also the full size view facility right beside it.
  6. Sorry people. Spent all evening getting my pics done so you can see them tonight. Unfortunately Fotopic seems to be down, so I'll get them online as soon as it reappears (hopefully). Got the goals and some saves for you as well.
  7. Well remember you've already got me booked for the match action pictures (I'll get the info. we spoke about to you later today) and the cheerleader ones. Do you have a logo for your castles business? I can work on that card idea as well for you.
  8. Great analogy. Thanks for that. I'll be pinching that phrase for future excuses use.
  9. Pics from yesterday's game against Dundee are now available for viewing below; - A game for donkeys. The score finished "hee haw - hee haw". As a bonus, here's a wee snippet of pics from last weeks reserve game against Queens Park. Please excuse the minging quality of the pics. The lights are so bad at Lesser Hampden that it would actually be brighter if you kept yer eyes shut. Had to push the camera to its limits, so the pics are noisy as buggery; - Martin Grehan's first half hat-trick - if you look closely enough.
  10. ......from the reserve game at Lesser Hampden. The lads won convincingly by 5-1. They went behind to a screamer of a goal, but then a first half het-trick by Martin grehan settled the tie. Goals in the 2nd half by the mystery trialist and a stormer from Chris Erskine. He got the ball near the halfway line, then ran at goal, beating a number of opponents before blasting the ball home. Pics may be up tomorrow, but no guarantees of quality due to the phenomenally pisspoor lights at the ground.
  11. Think it was just a wee mix up due to the ref saying there would be a colour clash between our regular black socks with red trim, and their navu blue ones with white trim - just my own thoughts about it though. As for Kinniburgh's shorts, I'm thinking he didn't tie the drawstring on them properly. I had to think hard about whether I should put that pic up. But since it WAS right in front of our own fans, and also that I simply couldn't resist it, the pic went in. . A printed version might just "accidentally" find its way onto the dressing room wall.
  12. Selection of pics from yesterday's game is now available for viewing below; - At least I had a very pleasant biryani when I got home.
  13. Selection of pics from last night's game against Morton is now available for viewing below; - Weather was damp and dreich. Result was a load of (removed.......admin).
  14. I was actually just on my way out when I spotted Ian (yeah, it was Ian Dodds) with you guys. Your grandson looked really down in the dumps, so a wee pic to add to the ball might have perked him up from the disappointment of the call off. Iain. I've got the pics in front of me right now, so if you send me your e-mail address either in a pm or e-mail message via here, I'll send you the best pic directly to save time (and also before I get the chance to forget - my memory really is shocking). He still looks miserable though, but YOU'VE got a big grin on yer face!
  15. Family illness prevented me from going through, but that's a shocker of an attendance. I'd imagine the majority of that crowd would be our guys/gals.
  16. Think there were about five players who would probably have started (or indeed DID start) that were unwell. Scott Fox became ill the night before the game, and was too ill to even travel. When they got their 2nd, it reminded me of the last time we had a game with an illness stricken squad, against Inverness. We won that 3-2, but that's where the similarity unfortunately ended.
  17. Pics from yesterday's win draw against Queen of the South are now available for viewing below; - All our goals - some of the action - none of the grief (deliberately omitted for the sake of sanity). This set dedicated to sick pal. (sick in the "unwell" sense rather than the "axe murdering" sense of the word).
  18. I find that personally offensive and demand you retract that image. I do NOT wear y-fronts! I wear boxer shorts, and don't you forget it! I've worn boxer shorts now for more than 20 years. In fact I find them so comfortable, I'm even thinking of buying a 2nd pair in the not too distant future - so there!
  19. I still fancied taking in a game today, so I looked at the fixtures on the Sky Sports website. On the Scottish Cup fixtures page, under our game it reads - and I quote; - "postponed - due to". (sic) Seems they're as dumbstruck as we are.
  20. My view as a fellow Jags fan is that an apology is due, but certainly not from anyone at the PTFC end Tom. I bought doughnuts to share on the journey there, and now I'll have to munch them on my own. St. Johnstone can't keep their pitch dry, nor keep my cholestorol level down.
  21. They were A3 size flyers advertising hospitality for the upcoming Falkirk game. The pic showed Doolans late goal that got us the draw that led to the win in the replay. We thought it's be a bit eye catching if we did Doolan (and young Shaun in the corner) in colour, with the rest of the picture in black & white. A cropped version was in todays match programme. Just wondering if it's something worth keeping up. Edited to add. We stuck a load along the concourse wall and in the loos (I was in one of them before the game and they'd all mysteriously "disappeared" (again). There were also some put up in the Aitken Suite. Doubly edited to add. Just realised it was here....there were A3 sized printed copies of the one on here -----> My link
  22. Thanks folks. Curry was splendiferous. Home made, so had tons of Chernobyl-strength onions. It was all I was gonna have to eat all day, but the lovely Kit & Fiona (the ones in charge of the ballboys and girls) got me a pie at half time. Thanks to you both for saving my life. :worshippy: What did folk think of the posters that were put up along the concourse area? (and how many went home in folks pockets? ).
  23. Selection of pics from today's fine victory against Dunfermline are now available for viewing below; - Wanted to get them done and posted before settling down to the Barcelona game and an excellent king prawn curry.
  24. Selection of pics from today's reserve win against Queen of the South is now available for viewing below; - McGeough's first time shot to open the scoring prompted an "adults only" response from their keeper.
  25. Quite pleased that Gray is gone, to be honest. Not for the stated reasons, but simply because he went from an enthusiastic co-commentator to someone who thought they were the star of the show. He'd actually talk down the efforts of the players and, as someone who played their last games a goalie, he would never give the keeper any credit for a great save. It'd be either an easy height, or they were just doing what they were paid to do. When a striker did what they were paid to do, he's be all over them. Recently I'd taken to watching the games, but with the sound turned down whenever he was on.
