O’Reilly got 20 mins last week. Doolan will maybe give him 30+ tomorrow. Probably the same starting 11 depending on how bad Stanway’s injury was. Then it’s likely to be Alston, although I would prefer McKenzie a shot in midfield for a change.

Think a lot will depend on tonight’s result. There’s a balance between giving players a rest & losing momentum though. Hopefully we can do both and go into playoffs with as many points and fit players as possible!

Dowds cannot play for anyone else this season. That includes the playoffs. I don't know why people keep bringing this up?

Maybe it has become a WAT trope and I keep getting whooshed haha.

He’s already played for us this season has he not?
Genuinely don’t know the rules, but don’t think it’s a stupid question. I’m sure clubs have had to extend loans (maybe us, rings a vague bell) to enable players to play in play offs.

Anyway, please don’t get your knickers in a twist, just wondering…

  3. What’s the matter with Robinson?

If we can confirm playoffs on Saturday, we need to focus on the playofffs - forget final games (obviously try to win them, but don’t risk anyone) and see what happens. Our current starting XI should match any in the league, but after that we’ve no depth.

  4. Watch the highlights, still not sure what happened with the penalty. Looked like nothing and a massive overreaction - jumped up & forward, reckon the ref got it way wrong. We should’ve scored a couple more, but they also hit the post twice, so draw seems about right.

From the team rock bottom of the league we have to be more ambitious than that. A win should be the only acceptable result.

Need 3 points today. We had a dreadful run but last week was good, let’s build on that. Should have more than enough to beat Arbroath, but need to be take our chances.
