It seems that sooking up is now de rigueur at our favourite football club: "an enthusiastic physiotherapist to compliment the club’s current staff and philosophy." Obviously it's not post-Enlightenment philosophy, with its intolerable tendency towards empiricism. Perhaps, now that Dr. Robertson has retired, he has taken evidence-based medicine with him, and enthusiastic praise is assumed to lead to better medical outcomes.
