So, 23 clubs vote in favour of the new SPFL. A Lowland League was agreed yesterday and Jum Spence is saying almost 20 clubs have expressed serious interest. While the agreement isn't perfect this, in my opinion, fixes the three main flaws with Scottish football - one up/one down for top flight, income distribution for second tier, and a pyramid structure. Still to be ratified by a further meeting but, for once, things seem to be moving in the right direction.
