Dumfries must have a thriving Mod and Ska scene (possibly because it's still 1979 there !). When I was first in the Coach & Horses after a game a few years ago they played vintage Ska non-stop. Popped in again on Saturday there and there were numerous flyers / posters advertising Mod / Soul / Ska nights. Dumfries does indeed have a thriving mod/ska scene. I know a couple of guys down there who put on regular nights and who have had Esperanza playing down there on a few occasions.
