Fall out of bed at 8:55 ready to start at 9:00 on the company provided laptop and ip phone. Cup of tea whenever I take the fancy, lunch when I like. It suits me. I don't have calls pushed to me in a call centre type of environment though. I pick and choose what work I want to do and email the total at the end of the day. It can be very beneficial.
