topcat
With PTFC kids for free and only two quid at QP the other night it takes a bit of getting used to again that other clubs want quite a bit more. Although I know its probably the same as they have always normally charged £12 now seems over the odds if you want to take a couple of kids to the game. At the Falkirk game it was really brilliant to see the big numbers of youngsters with their dads. Hope at some point other SFL1 clubs will start to see that a max of say £5 will get a lot more travelling to games
little_miss_jag
According to the website, it is £11 for children and it is under 18s. You also have to get a ticket from a kiosk prior to KO so no pay at the gate.

little_miss_jag
Al Hope at some point other SFL1 clubs will start to see that a max of say £5 will get a lot more travelling to games If you take 1 kid to an away game then for most it's not much more expensive really. I got bored so.... Cowdenbeath Adult: £15 child: £8 Parent and child: £23 Dumbarton: Adult: £15 child: £8 Parent and child: £20 Airdrie: Adult: £16 child: £7 Parent and child: £20 Dunfermline: Adult: £17 child:£11 Parent and child: £20 Morton: Adult: £15 child: £5 Parent and child: £18 Hamilton accies: Adult: £16 child: £8 Parent and child: £24 Livingston: Adult: £17 child: £7 Parent and child: £20 Raith rovers: Adult: £17 child: £9 Parent and child: £20 Falkirk: Adult: £18 Child: £8 Parent and child: £26 Morton allow under 5s in for free and for Dunfermline parent and child offer is to under 12s only otherwise it is £28. Falkirk doens't offer parent and child to away fans going by their website. Basically if you take one child to an away game for 8 away games it is only £3 more than a day at Firhill, not too expensive imo. It just so happens that we are playing the more expensive away day tomorrow for people with kids. kni
No adult and child discounts at Cowdenbeath or Accies?
little_miss_jag
No adult and child discounts at Cowdenbeath or Accies? Oh no you will have to fork out an extra £3 or £4! Just added Falkirk to that list and going by their website they don't offer parent and child offer unless your a home fan!
Lin1876
Am I right in saying the concession price applies to students too. I rarely bother going if it doesn't, but I think Dunfermline are decent that way. edit: I wish the SFL would standardise what a "concession" is. In my mind it's under-18s, full-time students, OAPs and the unemployed, but not all the clubs see it that way. I thought I'd read that somewhere and I just found the page again, thanks. Nearly got stung at Hampden because I haven't got my marticulation card yet (the man accepted a Young Scot card when he saw the queue behind me), so I'll have to remember to take my UCAS letter and guard it with my life. I can understand why Livingston don't offer a student discount with there being no university or college in the town, but Hamilton has always confused me. You could easily study in Glasgow and live there, so I guess they're out to drive attendances down... Dunfermline sadly it's not easy to do that!
