Lin1876 Posted January 20, 2013 Report Share Posted January 20, 2013 I'm not sure exactly why Erskine is always labelled as inconsistent in a way that (for example) Doolan or Lawless isn't. Most of our attacking players have lacked consitency this season. In fact I'd say Erskine has probably been the most consistent of our attacking players this season. I think it's in the sense that if you give the ball to Doolan or Lawless you can be sure something will happen, whereas you can't say the same about Erskine. He'll quite often misplace a pass or fire into the stand. However, something amazing happens more than often enough for him to be among our best players, and I agree his finishing and crossing are much improved this season.
