  1. Thanks for posting Conrad's goal. I was in the North stand, so I have a different version in my head, if you know what I mean.
  2. This used (Still does?) to provide money to the club. Any idea why it has been allowed to be neglected?
  3. Do you think it will just be allowed to die a natural death, due to neglect? This would not have happened if the 800 club had not been killed off.
  4. ...and its now August. I guess there are more important things.
  5. I see that the easy fundraising money from the website is up to £579 and we now have 67 members. Has the last payment been given to the club? Have they acknowledged it? If it was acknowledged, it would persuade more to join. Ok, it may not be a lot at the moment, but it's something that could be improved if the club promoted it
  6. Hi Brian Is it a home or away top?
  7. Good, we have some interest in the idea. Could i get help with the following and i will set things in motion: Could somone submit a design? I have a friend who can design a shirt for next week, but it would be good to get a selection and have a vote on the most popular. Could somone recommend a t shirt manufacturer and I will see what deals we can get Once we have a design, I will contact the club and ask them to sell it and we could sell it via this website and ebay. Lets get our crayons out
  8. You would get your design made into a t Shirt, and be able to point to people wearing your design and let them know to designed it. And raise money for The Jags
  9. Now that we don't have a contract with Greeves for clothes etc. How about this for an idea: From August to May we ask the fans to submit a desing for a T shirt. Pick the best one each month. Have 100 made (30xl, 30L, 30M and 10 small) Cost to make £10 Sell for £15 in the club shop (or £16 on ebay) Profit £5 x 100 x 10 months = £5000. Is this worth doing ? Would we be left with unsold goods? Could we ask Glasgow Art school, Timourous beasties, College design classes to get involved and help promote the club? Can you let me know what you think?
  10. click on the link in the first posting go to the Thistle page and follow it down to 1960. Its a strange looking top
  11. Great photos. Does anyone know the colours of the Thistle top in the 1960 photo? I've never seen it before
  12. Hi Davy You did an Impressive job. I handed in programmes, I'm curious to see if you got anything for the Bobby Houston signed programmes. Again, what a fantastic job you did
  13. I have contacted TOFFS and they are willing to make a special shirt celebrating winning the League. They will donate all profits to the website and the club. It there is enough people interested, can someone from the website contact TOFFS and set this up?
  14. I love the Jag tartan badge at the front of the forum. Could we have it on our shirts or sports wear next season? What do you think?
  15. Ah Willjag--thank you. Thank you much
  16. Sorry if I'm thinck, but are there tickets for sale tomorrow? if so what time do they go on sale at--please don't say 9am
  17. Hi Davy I handed a large bag of programmes into the office last Saturday. Some nice old progs singed by Bobby Houston and Scotland V Wales World cup qualifier at Annfield. Did you get them?
  18. Thanks Martin Along with the Firhil cup, it looks like we are all trying our best to help the cup. So can we persuade more to join the 62?
  19. The last time I posted in December, we had raised £401 from 55 members. We have now raised £494 from 62 members, Which i feel is a big improvement. Has the money been handed over to the club? If so, has it been featured/acknowledged on the Club website or programme? Are there more than 62 Jags fans willing to help? Or is this as far as we can stretch the seam* *Being sensitive to current affairs, i didn't want to write "Flogging a dead horse"
  20. I have programmes from the Chic/Lambie years and a signed Scottish cup semi-final by Bobby Houston. Would it be ok if i left them for you in the Aitken suite?
  21. Has Geoff looked at his crowds at home this season? And are St J going to remove one of the stands behind the goal and turn it into offices? This was suggested last season in the programme.
