  1. Thought Osborne was excellent today and dragged us back into the game 2nd half. He's looking like a key player for us this season already. He was the only player in our team who matched up physically when needed. The amount of headers and 2nd phase balls lost today was a concern as it was in the Aberdeen match. I feel sorry for Doolan as the service to him wasn't good enough with too many high balls leaving him isolated against the big Kille defenders. I thought he still had a good game though. Good to see Conrad back after last week's battering. Elliott also made a difference when he came on and was a good sub at the right time by Archie. All in all, a much better performance, but just a shame about our missed chances late on. 3 home points (and a goal from open play) would be great v Hibs in 2 weeks time.
  2. Pish from The Mighty Quim? That's fair comment and it's even biologically accurate...
  3. What a game of 2 halves - the worst performance in a long time in the 1st and the better team, in my opinion, in the 2nd. Sadly we couldn't get the equaliser when Bannigan ran the midfield last 30 mins and we started to dominate. Forbes looked sharp when he came on and is surely due more game time than he has lately. Feel sorry for Doolan as he didn't get much service during the time he was on the pitch. I still think he is our best striker and will get goals when we stick to our high pace passing game using SOD and ATS.. Finally, I love the fact we left the stadium today gutted at losing to the 2nd best team in Scotland last year. We've come a long way guys!!
  4. Still reckon we need a striker, particularly if a run of poor form or injuries kick in with Dools or Baird. I see that Andy Barrowman is still unattached at present. Decent player in my view and would get goals at this level for us.
  5. Very sad news. A recognition before tonight's match is certainly expected and warranted. RIP Colin.
