This from the Times article.
“TJF have already donated £50,000 to the club to ease some of the pressure, and have pledged a further £10,000 a month for the next year. There’s just one problem – the organisation doesn’t currently generate that much revenue.”
Anyone care to comment on this somewhat troubling statement? Is it true? I’d hate to see us in a Save The Jags Foundation scenario.

Great news to see a TJF office holder appointed to the PTFC board, hugely encouraging news.
Despite the sheer horror of the final twenty minutes of our season, and the subsequent financial sh*tstorm, I think the club is better placed than it has been in years.
As someone who sits on a few voluntary boards, I know the time commitment involved, so huge thanks from this exile who isn’t able to be involved at a granular level.-

What’s happened to McKinnon? Always featured earlier in the season, is ‘highly rated’ and never seemed to attract the opprobrium of anyone on here, but hasn’t started for a while IIRC.

Didn’t know that star about Doc. (Which now seems to be untrue anyway 🤣) It seems like a fit Tiffoney makes a huge difference to us, he seems to create so much space for us when we go forward.
More importantly, did the Thistle drums survive the visit of Raith?

What’s the current state of play with dialogue between the Trust and the Foundation? Have the events of the last few days been discussed in any formal way.
What’s the structure or process around the two organisations ongoing communication?
That’s the main game atm, not whether Roughy did or didn’t let the cat out of any hypothetical bag. -
All I know is that the events of the weekend finally made me join TJF. It’s the only way forward for a club like ours.

Is the club in better hands today than if it had been purchased by Jordanhill Jag’s much-loved private equity firm? Genuine question.
The own goal scored by the current board in mishandling this share transfer almost beggars belief. What should have been a new dawn for the club, has been so ineptly managed that I fear for our short and long term future. What is Thistle, or any club for that matter, without supporters?

Surely there’s a meaningful legal case based around Colin’s wishes and 3BC’s interpretation of those wishes and what constitutes a fan-ownership model?
Be interesting to ask TJF members, of which I’ll be one tomorrow, if they’d be happy for their subs to help fund this.I’ll also be cancelling Jagzone and emailing Gerry as to why tomorrow.
Well done to all on TJF for their sangfroid in dealing professionally with what was obviously a particularly unprofessional process without stabbing anyone.

Just handed over more of my cash to that club-stealing, will-ignoring bunch of power mad nufties in the boardroom in the forlorn hope that the team on the pitch will transcend such earthly travails. (Is there a Buddhist team somewhere out there for me? Contentious question on an avowedly agnostic football club’s forum I know.)
