When do we(TJF members) get our money back for our ongoing investment in PTFC.
Whit? Do you think this is a stocks and shares ISA?

FTAOD I have faith in TJF, they have said there will be a detailed response soon, I am happy to wait. It is possible to have concerns without going into hyperbole.
Sensible post. A rare spot on the board 👌

I am finding it a bit bemusing that TJF or at least WJ is arguing the establishment position of boards. Here was me thinking that their idea was to try to find a way to include all supporters in this Fan ownership thing.

Before my time but may be of interest to some.
I saw this Herald Scotland article on the Herald Scotland app and thought you’d be interested.
Ex-Rangers captain's quest to save players from silent killer after brush with death

Then 8.5% should have a Board Place and an alternative voice to the Trust Nominees
If you have a group representing minority shareholders that would be a good shout as you can't have a board place for different individuals with different views.
-
The thing for me is minority shareholders are not 1 block. I appreciate them putting in £ especially during "Save The Jags". Quite excited to see Lord Kelvin in there.

No, that's not correct. Richard Beastall is very much still a director of the football club. As are Caroline Mackie, Andrew Holloway and Dougie McCrea. Four directors.
It was Fergus Maclennan that resigned a few weeks ago.
Ah thank you. I'm losing track of if all.
-
So anyway back to the boardroom. Do we only have 3 directors? Richard Beastall still on official site but he resigned a few weeks ago.
-
Let's stop talking about flags please.
A very unnecessary distraction.
It's not the reason the chairman was removed. Real reason I'm not sure due to the conflicting accounts.
-
Get Adeloye on earlier. Graham still first pick but he has a lot to offer.
-
I've worked for a number of "professional" private companies through my career and you get the same drama, pettiness and fall outs at all levels of leadership. It's cringeworthy. We are not any different unfortunately which is really frustrating as we are a small club with limited fanbase who just want the club to be stable, successful and also fun.

Here is one for you - and you dont need to answer - do you think we were a happier more united Club before we ever approached Colin Weir ? we were in the Premier - doing OK and I just feel its not really been a united Club since then ?
I don't think that's a fair question. Colin Weir, long standing shareholders looking to sell and move on, foreign interest, Jaqui Low are all outside TJF control.
It all came to a head where there was no sugar daddy out there and we needed fans to step up and fill the void.

The 75% vote is for huge things like move stadium or turn ourselves into an American Football team.
Hypothetically huge but realistically not so for me.

Worth noting that:
(a) we have never had £2 million cash in the bank
(b) redemption reduces the preference shareholding, increasing the fan owned shareholding back towards what it was before
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFO.
Take a breath everyone.

For better or worse we are now very much in the hands of Douglas McCrea.
I for one welcome our new Financial Services overlord.
I genuinely lol'd af the last sentence.
At least we know him and his brother (Just Employment Law) are massive fans with good business heads and have financially backed us for years and years
-
Same team as v Dunfermline please.
If McMillan is fit bring him on as a sub to protect him.
-
OK for me this is how I see it.
Alistair Creevy has left board due to differences which is a real shame as he is a fan, put £ in club and was working for the club with an impressive professional background.
There was an impasse so was sacked/voted off the board.
We have new investment! By Thistle fans! As a result they get some shares. Fans still own and control the club.
Any email from PTFC Trust immediately gets fans angry due to the past BUT it's just a name as now The Jags Foundation are the majority vote in that organisation.
It's a shame that successful people cannot agree on areas and the board cannot stick together as they are all real fans with skin in the game.
TJF are putting in a lot of work in the background and we all should stick together for long term success.

Now things like this need explanation as a fan owned club. He put his own £ into the club. He said he was going to work practically full time at the club and had a good professional background.

WTF?
As clear as mud.

I think McInroy next to Bannigan can be the Turner replacement. Robinson as a #10 worked very well and Andeloye has so much more to show us and I think he'll kick on.
