  1. A 3-0 defeat today.

A question for those that are more knowledgeable about these things - next season with the additional income the League Cup final would have brought, higher league attendances, etc would it be possible to get a squad put together which does not have as many loan players?

It looks, from the outside, that when we come to play the best teams we are handicapped by having to sit key players out as they are on loan so we are trying to compete against them with a weakened team when it is already hard enough given the part time/full time issue.

I am sure the management team will want to continue the progression that has been in place the last few seasons but like so many things finance will play its part.

  2. At this stage of the season it is simply all about getting the points, would gladly take another 5 performances like today if you could guarantee 5 wins.

Remember to put your clocks 1 hour forward tonight (assuming you are in the UK).

  3. Not the scoreline we all wanted but the girls did themselves proud I feel. Right in for the whole of the first half it was such a blow losing the 3rd right on the whistle. Still scored the best goal of the game though. Fans were a credit as well - only heard the Rangers fans when it went to the 90th minute.

9 more games to go - let's hope we can get a few wins out of those.

The PTWFC highlights show no controversial incidents at all.

But having seen some of the other refereeing performances in these games, I wouldn't expect anything less than dire incompetence.

Yes, there was at least one clear foul prior to them winning the corner from which the second goal came and this was when Graham got his second yellow. It was not so much that there was one big incident he got wrong it was just "lots of little" if you get my drift but if it goes equally against both teams you can live with it but this was all going in one direction.

The problem is that, despite playing well at times, we can’t buy a win.

Morton are not a good team but they fight harder. We should win comfortably but do we have the balls?

I hope so or it will be hard to have a game.

Haven't had the chance to read the full match thread from Tuesday, but can imagine it didn't make pretty reading.

Watched the game on TV and felt we played well and were very unlucky not to win.

Similar performances to the end of the season will see us in the play-offs no doubt.

After Tuesday, I think we'd take Raith over two legs. They've been riding their luck all season and won't keep it up.

Us to beat Ross County in the play-off final. We owe them one after all.

Yes, I did not think we played that badly either. Like the positive attitude as well. There will be many twists and turns before the season ends, we just need to stick with the team and see where that takes us (assuming Earth is not destroyed by a giant asteroid before then - which worries me more than a relegation fight next season).
