  1. Remember that even if you are not making any online purchases that you can still generate additional funds for our football club through the use of easysearch: http://wearethistlefundraising.easysearch.org.uk/ At a time when the club is making good strides in getting finances in order in what is still a tough financial climate this way of making free money is one that we need as many people as possible using. Thanks for your support!
  2. A late call off meant we were a seller down but with your support we still managed to generate a prize of £320 - thanks to everyone who had purchased a ticket. Congratulations to the winner of the penalty shoot out and good luck to all 3 guys in the final.
  3. If you have a couple of cans of irn bru on the way to Firhill today (nice weather so far) then remember to put the cans in one of the collection bins - thanks!
  4. The Jags Trust people are normally based in the Warriors' kiosk at the north end of the stand prior to kick off so I would assume that they would have tickets there.
  5. Just a reminder about this month's competition that sees every purchase you make through easyfundraising giving you a chance to win an iPod Touch with docking station (worth £450): http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/free-competition-uk/2012-04-viking/ The more online purchases you make during the month the more chances you have of winning plus the more funds you will generate for our football club so it is a "win win" situation. Thanks for your support!
  6. Bump. http://www.ptfc.co.uk/news/2011-2012/april_2012/help_us_net_10000_for_youth_development
  7. The £10,000 on offer for winning this initiative needs a home - lets make it Firhill by bringing our cans along between now and the 5th of May!
  8. If Bubba's victory at Augusta has made you think about getting your golf game back in shape then this is one of several retailers at easyfundraising who could help you (and therefore our club): http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/golfonline/ It has been a very positive start to this quarter with 2 new members joining up already and an increase in the amount being raised through easysearch so lets keep that going and really have a positive impact on our football club. Thanks for your support!
  9. If you are looking to save money on your utility bills then have a look at the offers that are available through easyfundraising: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/utilities/ Generating additional funds for our football club is very important so that it can progress and we can make an impact on this through our use of easyfundraising/easysearch. Thanks for your support!
  10. If you are planning to purchase a home appliance then have a look at the retailers/offers available through easyfundraising: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/electricals/home-appliances/ If we work together and use easyfundraising/easysearch as much as possible then we can make a real and positive difference to our football club. Thanks for your support!
  11. Not sure about the logistics of selling after games but the PAYE (Pay As You Enjoy) scheme that Raith Rovers have used is one that I did suggest to the club under a previous regime. Basically people pledge to pay a minimum of £1 per league goal scored (they can pay more if they wish or pay for an individaul player scoring, eg £5 for every Rowson goal) and the amount raised over the season goes to the transfer budget for next season. If 50 people took part and 50 goals were scored over the season then you are looking at £2,500 being raised and the people who take part can be entered in a draw for some prize at the end of the season.
  12. For the sporty types amongst us MandMdirect have some offers at the moment so you can save yourself money whilst generating funds for our football club: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/mandmdirect.com/ Lets continue to work together for the benefit of the club we all support. Thanks for your support!
  13. Remember to keep your irn bru cans from your celebrations tonight and bring them along to Firhill on Saturday, if we win the first prize of £10,000 it will really help the club push on with youth development - thanks!
  14. As we are moving to the time of the year when the garden and those jobs around the home start to take priority easyfundraising have a category which deals with that: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/focus-on-home-and-garden/ We can make a real difference to our club's finances if we work together and use easyfundraising/easysearch to their full potential. Thanks for your support!

  16. 18. I just wanted to give an update on how easysearch is progressing, over the last three weeks the totals raised have beed £2.53, £2.20 and £2.60 which is quite an increase in what had been raised in the previous weeks so a big "thanks" to everyone who has increased their use of easysearch or started using it. This really is easy money that can be generated for our football club so please contine to use easysearch or encourage others to use it as well. http://wearethistlefundraising.easysearch.org.uk/ Thanks for your support!
  19. More good news for the programme as it wins 2nd best design in the division and most improved as well - keep up the good work guys! http://www.scottishfootballleague.com/news/article/aberdeen-top-programme-in-scotland/
  20. There is plenty of money that can be generated for our cause without making a purchase if we all fully utilise the free funds section of easyfundraising: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/deals/raise-funds-for-free/ Lets make this quarter a really good one for generating additional funds for our football club. Thanks for your support!
  21. Easyfundraising have a focus on mobile phones at the moment so if you are looking to change yours or buy one for someone else then take a look: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/focus-on-mobiles/ As is currently being discussed on other threads, if we as supporters can work together then we will make a great difference to our football club. Thanks for your support!
  22. A good set of results for the youth teams in action at the weekend: http://www.ptfc.co.uk/news/2011-2012/april_2012/youth_round_up_-_april_1st The travelling that is involved with their fixtures must cost quite a bit over the season and if we could win that £10,000 on offer for collecting the most cans it would be a big help so lets remember to collect our cans between now and the Raith game on the 7th of April - thanks!
