Great result. Players have shown again that they have the bottle!! Well done. Some game on Friday

What a tiresome thread. Five vital games to go. Support the team and the manager. Then you can have the entire summer to come up with a tsunami of managers who would never come to Firhill.

Well done to an ex-jag. Any jag who manages to get international recognition is ok by me. Time for some on here to move on and that applies to McNamara too. If Rangers manage to beat Rovers, I for one will be cheering Dundee Unt, Paton and McNamara to the rafters. Simples

Decent point. Gary Fraser was immense!

With regard to the defence being the problem it's not that simple. It's also the case that wer'e not scoring enough goals, despite dominating play in most games. Also the midfield are rarely scoring, so to highlight the defence alone is wrong and especially one guy.

Time for a postive post. Archie has been in the job 12 months now and to my mind has done a great job. Yes, the home form has been incredibly frustrating, but by and large look at where we could be....languishing in the division below!!
I'm fairly certain we will stay up and no one can disagree that the standard of play has been great to watch. The OTT criticsm of Balantoni, Craigen, Bannigan,Muirhead etc has been disappointing, but I understand the modus operandi of forums, that have to cater from the deranged to the infantile to the ill informed.
Lighten up, it has been a great 12 months to be a Jags fan. Bring on the next 5 months

This topic has to be on the podium for one of the most cringe worthy of the forums history.

Watching the game on ALBA. Up to the 6oth minute and it has to be said, playing good stuff!! Doolan goal a beauty. Will watch up to 92nd minute....

Used to be quite a few out in Erskine in the 70's and 80's ( Glasgow overspill ). Used to run a bus from there! Not sure how many left....I'm now in the Southside and see a few scarfs in Newton Mearns, Giffnock, Cathcart etc

Signed the petition. I was number 452...can we get a thousand?
-
If true...top signing. If we get Harkins too...dreamland. Not so sure about May.

Where is Banksy when you need him/her?

Could we fill the ground next week, especially with Dunfermline winning today? Must be a possibilty.....

Well said sir. In most other seasons Morton would have went up. I now personally hope that St Mirren go down after this week's shennanigans....
-
Fantastic effort by all. Unbaten Archie especially.
-
I personally wish them well. Good servants to the club and this will happen again and again, so no need to get upset about it. It'sonly a game....
Would I play them? Yep until we get that last point. They deserve to celebrate too. Simples

Just home..qos won the tactical battle, but we should still have won it.
Best players....sinclair, welsh, forbes and doolan,
Terrible game, flat atmosposphere, but hey life goes on.
Hope it doesn't derail our season....

6000 Jags fans going to see an irrelevant game!! Yer having a laugh. We can still play a really strong team and win....
-
All going our way....

Three seats for me please

Looking good Jags, looking good....:-)

Hopefully I'll be proved wrong I just cant see archie giving these guys a bollocking when/if they need it, Can you?
No...but neither would Jackie!!!!

Two clean sheets at home and an away draw against our rivals....how can anyone criticise that? . You need to take into account we are now under real pressure to win and we are!!!. Let's see how the next two away games go. Our record under Jackie away was poor, so for me that is the acid test.

Like a few on here I only post now and again. I fully understand the intial post. I do however agree with Shuggie, who suggested waiting a wee bit. For example, if we don't beat Ross County 17-0 on Saturday the usual suspects will be on here again.
My simple test on this one is judge the tone and context and decide who you would like to watch Thistle with, or have a pint with. Chewing the fat said it best. Good guy, good guy, w***
Well done Archie and players. Great achievement. Let's see if we can better in next year. I think we can
