Nonsense its about people realising that cuts are going to have to be made and as long as the cuts are from top to bottom( e.g everyone loses 5% of their wages )then its fair. Its better to lose 5% of your wages than your job.In saying that it didnt do me any good we took a pay cut to save 100 extra people being made redundant, but 9 months later they closed my branch down.At the end of the day if a company wants to cut wages it can All it has to do is give you notice that its terminating your contract and offer you a new contract at the revised conditions.

I used to do lots of running---marathons 10ks etc and i would never recommend anyone run a marathon in the middle of summer, even if it isnt sunny it will still be warm and uncomfortable. Lots of better alternatives with spring and autumn marathons. This is only my personal opinion as i found anything over 14 or 15 degrees a bit much

Been doing a bit of research on this myself. Personally i am leaning towards getting a plasma ( the higher the refresh rate the better---600HZ for example) and connecting it with hdmi cables and that Panasonic seem to be the leader in the plasma market. Best way to see the difference between the plasma lcd led is go into a shop ( currys etc) they have them all connected up so you can look at the difference for yourself
