  1. Just wanted to say congratulations to Jonny and Lauren on the birth of their son last night. Now, to celebrate, how about signing a new contract at Firhill
  2. Hey Folks, Following on from the auction of Chris Erskine's boots, I now have Ryan Conroy's match worn boots from the 2009-2010 series. The boots were handed to me following the final match of the season, at home to Queen of the South, and still have quite a bit of turf on the studs as well. I've just signed up to the NYC Marathon again this year, which I am running in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital. All funds raised from now on will be targeted towards GOSH. Right now I have loads of items up for auction which as usual can be found @ my official site The10GrandCharityChallenge and clicking on either of the charity auction links on the page. As always, loads of other items, including other match worn items, so don't miss out on the chance to get some great items and help out a great charity at the same time. Thanks as always for your time and support. Best Robin oh... CLICK HERE and you will see the photo proof of Ryan with his boots at the player's door.
  3. Hey Folks, Just a wee reminder that the auction for Chris' boots ends in around three hours time, and now is the time to keep an eye on it if you were thinking about bidding. The price just now is pretty good to grab a bargain, so please do have a look in AT MY FUNDRAISING SITE and check the boots (and all the other auctions) out. Thanks Robin
  4. There's an opening bid in on the boots now, thanks Let's see if we can raise some more funds RM http:///the10grandcharitychallenge.wordpress.com
  5. Hey Folks This morning I signed up for my fourth consecutive New York City Marathon, and will be running in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. Right now, as part of my fundraising, I have a pair of Chris Erskine's match worn boots available for auction, via my official FUNDRAISING SITE and click on charity auctions at the top to see what's up for auction. There are only a few auctions online just now (a pair of Scottish Cup Winner Sean Dillon's boots are also included) but loads more will be added in the next couple of days, including Ryan Conroy's boots, worn right up to the end of the season. If you have a moment, do check out the auctions to see what is up for grabs, but do check back tomorrow to find even more. Monna Jags! Robin

  8. Hey Folks, Most of you will have read one of my posts regarding my charity work before, and this year I am continuing the10grandcharitychallenge which aims to raise £10k for charity by the end of this year. Through the course of the year, I am taking part in road races (last year saw Marathons in London and New York City) to help raise awareness and gain sponsorship while simultaneously auctioning items donated by celebrities and public figures around the world. One of the key areas I utilise to fundraise is Matchworn Items, and I have two Thistle items which will be shortly up for auction - Ryan Conroy's matchworn boots (used to the end of the season, and given to me immediately after the QOS match, signed in black sharpie) and Chris Erskine's match worn boots (donated towards the end of the season, signed in black sharpie) Both boots show clear sign of wear and tear and are brilliant items for fans and collectors. These will be going up for auction shortly, while at the moment items online include boots from former Thistle midfielder Gary Harkins, St Mirren captain John Potter and gloves from Greg Fleming (Dunfermline), John Ruddy (Motherwell) and Tomas Cerny (Hamilton Accies). All these and much more can be found at my official website Robin's Charity Website so do pop by and have a wee look at what's available. The site will also tell you much more about the aims of the fundraising venture and what else you can do to help, who gets the money, and what I am up to in general. Thanks for your time in reading this, hopefully see you visiting soon. Best Robin
  9. I am somewhat surprised by Sid being on the list, but is that movement to allow Jackie to take the player/coach role? The same regarding Maxi and Hinchy, the latter certainly meant to be coaching next year, if not both.
