jags365
On Friday 8th November the Jags Trust will be holding a Race Night in Community Central Halls. Horses are available to buy, with races to be sponsored! Horses cost £3 to buy and name, while to sponsor a race this will cost £20. All Race sponsors will have their name on the Trust website, the race card on the night, as well as in the offical PTFC matchday programme. There will be a fully licensed bar, and with your ticket you will get dinner provided as well. Tickets cost £6 and will go on sale shortly. Further details will be posted just as soon as they are confirmed. In the meantime, if you would like to sponsor a race, buy a horse or have any questions at all please email [email protected] or feel free to post below/DM me. Members Willjag
Race nights are always good no matter who's running it. If I'm home that week, I'll come along. Stick me down for a couple of horses Donald.

Pie Of The Month
Out of all the dates the club could choose in the next couple of months it seems to have picked the same date as the race night for the Firhill Quiz. http://ptfc.co.uk/ne...he_firhill_quiz
yoda-jag
most alarming part of that news item is they are trying to entice people with a free pie

glasgow boy
how many tickets have you sold, and how many horses still to be bought ? why the central halls what happened to the Aitken suite for functions?
jags365
how many tickets have you sold, and how many horses still to be bought ? why the central halls what happened to the Aitken suite for functions? I don't know how many tickets or horses as other board members are selling individually. We decided to move away from the Aitken suite, partly just for a change and partly because Sporting Solutions want to charge us when we used to enjoy use of the Aitken suite for free. Fair enough, it is a business. But when you have a night in Novemember and the people charging you haven't put the heating on... Also, there is disabled access within CCH but not in the Aitken Suite (or Alan Rough Lounge for that matter)
