Today we launch our "Get Fit for the Firhill Cup" initiative. We'll be running coaching & training sessions for the next 4 Thursday's (4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of April) at 5.20pm at The Firhill Complex. The sessions will be taken by Andy Young, one of the community coaches and are open to everyone. There is no set charge or cost to take part in any or all of these sessions, but there will be a donation bucket for you to donate anything you can. All donations go straight into the Firhill Cup fund, which is currently running at about £5000 .. We've also launched a new Firhill Cup training shirt, supplied by JOMA. Pictures on my avatar, facebook and doing the rounds on Twitter. It's a great quality Dri-Fit training shirt in red and yellow. Price (for adults) is £15 including postage. The backs are plain, and I'm investigating whether or not we can offer printing options for the back. They are proper, quality football training shirts (not cotton t-shorts).
