OK, giving this a try. A bit suspicious about downloading and installing their "Download Manager" (and it only works on Windows or Mac.... not Linux.... so trying this on Windows) but went for it anyway. Hope I can transfer the finished download to DVD cos I hate watching movies on my PC.

My advice would be: buy a Windows based lappy then install Linux Mint...... but then I'm a Linux anorak.

It would be nice to think folk would boycott the overpriced places from now on, but BAA know they have a captive market in airports so a local boycott wouldn't affect anyone. Nasty business.

I heard that Virgin (who bought over NTL and Blueyonder) are no longer supporting POP3 email. Everything migrating to their Browser-based Webmail system at www.virginmedia.com/account/sign-in.php . I couldn't connect my Blueyonder account to OE and I assume that's the reason. I may be wrong, however.

They continued to be absolutely awesome live right up until recently. I am one of those saddos who had every Quo album ever made. When I was a kid in the late 70s and early 80s Quo were the only band I'd listen to.

Alas I wasn't there when they recorded the live album. But I was at the Apollo the last time John Coughlan appeared as drummer. The mighty Quo went right downhill after he left (imho)
