I await , with breath well and truly baited , for a response from the club to my original e-mail re season tickets /TAG......and the one about choosing seats ..and the one about my nephew's season ticket.My point is that I and other supporters should not have to do all the chasing up when we have paid up , in full and on time and we should certainly not have to follow numerous threads in forums to try and cobble together a picture of what's going on .

Rude and obnoxious ? If thats what it takes to elicit any kind of response , i don't give a monkeys . Some people out there clearly lead a charmed and precious life . Not entirely sure how you would categorise the club's treatment of people willing to stump up £300 and then leave them to do all the chasing up ...obnoxious ? Perhaps not .. Rude ? In my opinion very much so . As for my comment re the director's box , flippant it may be but again (in my view) the hight of rudeness when you consider how poorly they addressed the season ticket / TAG issues .

Re my previous post , here is my initial e-mail to the club .... See if anyone can spot any issues dealt with in the response I posted from PTFC ...good luck ! The lack of communication from the club on the Season Ticket fiasco is deafening in its silence. The excitement , energy and "feelgood " factors generated by the Championship win secured in April has all but dissipated as far as I'm concerned . Indeed , the terms of the letter issued with voucher for the Dundee Utd. are patently littered with untruths . It would restore a certain degree of faith if someone at Director level ( perhaps the Chairman who has suddenly disappeared of the radar since soaking up all the plaudits post title win!) we're to issue a statement outlining the true facts behind both the season ticket and the TAG debacle . The current situation is embarrassing for the club and a total disappointment for the supporters . I for one will be giving serious thought to renewing next season . I am trying to encourage my nephew to come go games and the prospect of a season ticket has him asking constantly about all things Thistle ..one more fan lost I suspect as he's given up asking me when will he get his ticket . Is there any prospect at all of these tickets bring issued in the foreseeable future before any more fans are alienated ? Nice to see the new Directors Box ready for the new Season by the way! Dear Sir/Madam The season cards have now been sent to us here at Firhill are now available for collection for all adult and concession ticket holders, however unfortunately there has been a small problem with your card. As you can see , it is clearly a "stock" response and does not address a number of issues raised ! Given that I work 9 to 6 ( and we will disregard the fact I paid for home delivery !) how am I supposed to get my hands on this magical card ? Anyone else get one of these e-mails ? I will be phoning tomorrow to suggest that the tickets for myself and nephew are couriered over to my work at their expense ...though I hold out no hope whatsoever that they are for the seats I chose !

Is it not time The Plod actually earned the exorbitant fees they charge ? Is it really to much to ask them to get their back sides out their cosy wee bolt hole in the JHS and do some .. er ...Policing ? Given their performance at the Glasgow Cup Final clearly they are not capable of discharging the duties WE pay them for ...when I queried the rules prohibiting under 16's entering the North Stand last season , I was informed by the club that this was a "Police " decision ...Seriously , how incompetent are this lot ? ... Nothing short of a state-funded protection racket ... Anyone got Tony Soprano's number ?

This chancers's career is littered with incidents of back- stabbing and general shoddiness in dealings with others in the profession . He has clearly endured a loyalty bypass ! I recall from Celtic supporting friends the stramash at the time when he engineered a move from Parkhead ... He trousered a lucrative signing on fee at Wolves ..and then payed about 2 games for the duped Championship outfit ! Nothing should really come as a surprise from this guy .
