The Binos chances of survival will depend on the choice of new manager and finances. We are only slightly better off because we own the stadium and used the PropCo deal to reduce the debts from a similar level. Like us, the Binos will wait until the last minute to make signings. There could be a few bargains or good loan deals available.

We never had a chance of signing Douglas as we could not compete with the offers from the other clubs. He made the wrong choice in signing for the Arabs and should have picked Watford.

In others, agents are trying to drum interest in their clients and/or get them better deals. Both the BBC and the owners of Football365.com (Sky?) have expensive libel lawyers to advise them. If a player sued the owners of this site, they would have to demonstrate significant damage to their reputation. Given the limited number of members, that would be very difficult. Frankly, you have been given wrong advice. I get mine from a relative who is one Scotland's top libel lawyers.
