  1. The first update has been posted: http://www.irn-bru.co.uk/tfyt/ Although our total is not included it looks as if Cowdenbeath are the favourites at the moment. Now without wishing to be disrespectful to the Blue Brazil are we going to let them beat us? The players did their bit against them 5 times this season so let's, as fans, do our bit and beat them in this competition! We have until the 4th of May to get as many irn-bru (or any Barrs cans) along to Firhill so that includes our final home game when we should have a large turnout of Thistle fans and the Firhill Cup (I am sure the athletes on display that day might have a can or two to get them through the day). Lets do all we can (see what I did there) to make sure Thistle win that £10,000! Thanks for your support!
  2. Well that is what happens if you don't lock the doors, you should be grateful if it still has tyres!
  3. It was very good last evening to see so many large bags of cans around Firhill (in the office, JHS entrance, etc) but until a table is published we cannot assume that we are doing any better than other clubs so lets keep pushing on with this and make sure we get as many cans as possible along to the next home game on the 27th. Thanks for your support!
  4. Debenhams are one of the most popular retailers involved with easyfundraising so if you are planning to do some online shopping with them then please do it via easyfundraising as it will generate funds for our football club: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/debenhams/ Lets work together to ensure that our club receives as much as possible from this scheme. Thanks for your support!
  5. The first prize last evening was an excellent £505 which takes the total raised for youth development so far this season to £8,932 - thanks again to everyone who purchased a ticket. The winning numbers were: 1st: 161784 2nd: 163176 I will post details here on what we will be doing for the final home game on the 27th once I have confirmed things with the club. Thanks for your support!
  6. Just an update - the overall total raised so far is £550.50 and we have 65 members. As has been discussed in other threads getting additional income for the club is very important so if you have not joined up yet please do so and lets work together for the benefit of our club. Thanks for your support!
  7. Two buses at Firhill on Tuesday - the promotion bus and the irn bru bus! http://ptfc.co.uk/news/2012-2013/april_2013/irn-bru_cans_for_youth_teams Lets do our bit to help our club win this £10,000!
  8. Tickets will be on sale as usual on Tuesday evening and after that we will have a chat about what we can do for the final home game against Dunfermline (I have an idea which would see the club make some money whilst giving the winner a bigger than normal prize). Keep supporting us as you have been doing as youth development is a very important area for our club moving forward. Thanks for your support!
  9. Just a reminder that when you make an online purchase this month through easyfundraising you will be entered in to the draw to win this month's prize: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/free-competition-uk/2013-04-viking/ By working together we can help to raise important additional funds for our football club. Thanks for your support!
  10. It is a bit disappointing but all we can do is to continue to bring our cans along to Firhill on the remaining 2 home games, the Firhill Cup and during the week if possible. I know that the club are putting more effort towards this than last season and hopefully that will pay off when the final totals are released
  11. Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow (or Tuesday) we win the title: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/home-and-garden/food-and-wine/ Lets really make sure that our club fully benefits from this scheme. Thanks for your support!
  12. Please feel free to add some other form of beverage to your irn-bru this evening (and tomorrow) just as long as your empty cans make their way to Firhill to help in our quest to win the £10,000 for youth development. It would be nice if one of our final acts in the SFL was to receive the cheque for winning this competition. Thanks for your support!
  13. I saw the following folk at the game - Jim Jefferies, John Brown, Billy Stark, Johnny Tuffey and Kevin Drinkell.
  14. I don't know if it could be done for the strips to be used next season but something that I would like to see us do (and with TAG being about fans having more involvement in decisions this seems an obvious example) is to get 3 or 4 options from the suppliers and then have the fans vote for their preferred option. Other clubs do this so it should certainly not be beyond us in the future.
  15. I am sure that there will be a few cans of irn bru drunk over the weekend so please make sure that the empty cans make their way to Firhill so that we can finish top of that table as well and earn the club £10,000 for youth development. Thanks for your support!
  16. Insurance is one of those things that you don't really like having to spend money on but you know that you need to, so when spending that money you can make it slightly less painful by ensuring that it will help to raise funds for our football club: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/insurance/ Lets really make a positive difference to our club through easyfundraising/easysearch. Thanks for your support!
  17. I will speak with Ian Maxwell and see what we can come up with in regards to the prize for the Dunfermline game.
