200 members, either non season ticket holders (Nomads etc) or Season ticket holders that go for the bigger package, less than 10% of our support and seeing as we have well over 100 Nomads, that figure should easily be attainable. So 200 X £60 = £12000 If we had 2000 members signing up it would give us £120000 now that seems a made up figure

Excel would have and could have load the rows and columns, Mark existing season tickets as orange, Mark the rest as Green (Available) After season ticket holders take up their seats mark them as red (Taken), change all other orange (ST Holders not taking the option in time) to Green When the emails, calls, visits start its a 1st come 1st serve basis and if its available after checking the excel sheet mark it red, if not find the closest and mark Yellow whilst waiting for feedback (Only for emailed tickets) Change Yellow to Red if acceptable, or if no response in say 3 days mark as green. Repeat steps 4 to 6 till we sell all the tickets Dead easy

Its not rocket science to do an electronic seating plan, I am assuming the club has excel??? Do the rows Do the columns Add a pull down so it shows the status and when sold it locks I assume the club still has working computers or are we now working on a blackboard to save on electricity and internet too!!!!!!!

Either the club have decided they can't / don't want to pursue this at the moment, or we have made a f*** up of this and the board don't care as we have SPFL cash, or we have made a f*** up of this and the board don't know. 12 grand is a lot of revenue to lose, add that to the ST fiasco, the empty advertising boards, missing shorts advertising and we could easily employ a person with the skills required to plug these holes and generate money.

I asked to join the Plus programme......... nothing sent out, no way to pay, no code to put in, also as we have no season tickets we have also had no codes yet. Its a mess and another revenue stream lost, we should have people signed up when the season had just finished, we will probably try mid october following 5 back to back defeats

Forfar have fully sold out hospitality for next season. Peterhead are almost there............ how are we doing?? Forfar have sold nearly all advertising hoardings........... have we?? Forfar have a weekly lottery paying up to £3000 and its drawn on time,............ how's our doing?? Peterhead utilize their social club / function suite out of matchdays with live bands etc........... how's our utilization of the facilities?? Forfar have a full time office personnel as do Peterhead dealing in and trained in marketing, sponsorship etc.......... do we?? Quoting these 2 clubs as I am friendly with folk who have season tickets / sponsor both, thy would put us to shame

ST's still lack of clarification regarding vouchers for kids, seating for NS etc etc, plus the cost of stamps etc and the new system not being ready, and vouchers being late or not sent out Tag scheme, 1 day till kick off....... how do I access it, hell how do I pay, the clubs never got back to us Advertising, apparently we have barely sold any track-side advertising, do we have an advertising team / guy or is this the students remit too Sporting Solutions, still apparently problems with pies and stewarding, lets see how it pans out in the real games Communication, kids free for home and away, then 2 days before DUFC visit we change the goal posts and say it will cost them a fiver Centenary Fund.... missed draw again DVD still no word but apparently its forthcoming, I wait with baited breath Sponsorship, we had a guy posting he'd been trying to sponsor a player but no one at firhill was interested in getting back to him All of this is costing us money we cannot afford to lose (Sporting Solutions will cost us if the Babyshed etc stop coming, or hospitality drops due to the crap food), the only folk I see trying to improve the club off the field is ONETHISTLE We are a top 12 club on the park but are a bottom 6 club off it, we could learn alot from the likes of Forfar and Peterhead who put us to shame with how they run things office wise

Appears so, we have 2 students running the office, catering run by press ganged job seekers, don't seem to have anyone running advertising and communication professionally (That's no slight on Tom H who can only post what he's been told to, if that info is wrong or missing not his fault). All we need is the guy with the flymo back to mow the pitch and the broken brush we've got the full amateur circus back

If we got 200 members we'd be looking at £12000 for the club on a basic membership......... I'm sure we could make more Maybe the club doesn't need the money anymore, going by the lack of advertising boards, and not responding to people wishing to sponsor players it looks like it

As a Nomad and someone who was going to sign for the full package, I can say I have heard Hee-Haw from the club, getting to the stage I don't think I will. Perhaps the club don't need the money anymore and its going to be free as we are now in the land of milk and honey with abundant wealth from the massive TV deal and world class sponsorship that the SPFL has brought about. Currently I wouldn't expect a Xmas card from Firhill to arrive anytime before Easter

Totally agree. morals, doing it the right and proper way........ remember Mr Beattie??????? This pre season has been a complete and utter shambles away from the playing side, big song and dance about U16's for free, how we were leading the way and others would follow. Its becoming very clear very early our board will take any buck coming regardless of the impact to the club from other fans and its own, this on top of the moving our fans for the celtic game (Cash over morals) sums the way our club is headed
