  1. Indeed. But far from the absolute certainty implied by these odds.
  2. 100/1 on for the Top 6. https://m.skybet.com/football/scottish-premiership/event/19570357
  3. Probably need to get two centre backs in, plus I'm not convinced we won't be looking for a new manager.
  4. When you're the Scotland manager the very least I expect is that you take an interest in, and try and promote the game in Scotland at all levels. The current incumbent miserably fails that test - totally disinterested on all counts. Have you ever heard him speak about the game in general or show up at a match out with the obvious?
  5. Indeed. The bigger picture needs to be looked at - it's not that long since PTFC were at the bottom. Fast forward to now and even the biggest Jags pessimist would struggle to make a case for relegation.
  6. Howler from Cerny. Most unusual and at a bad time as well. However a satisfactory outcome.
  7. Blame these halfwits who went to the Gibraltar game, cheered the team off the park and begged him to stay. No wonder I've wrapped the Scotland games.
  8. Not sure what the ICT goal was chopped off for - I think we won a watch there.
  9. I don't think having to play on Wednesday did us any favours either. Poor fixture scheduling.
  10. Absolutely - a chance but far from being a sitter. Some perspective required overall here I think - did people really think we were going to go up there and play AFC off the park?
  11. I would doubt Strachan has even heard of Lindsay. He could probably tell you all the players in The Conference with a Scottish granny he's seen in Championship Manager though.
  12. 1 point for Motherwell from 12 games against the top 5.
  13. Sorry I wasn't clear - where one / both of the teams involved are in the current bottom 6. So take 7 points off the PTFC total ( 4 v. Hearts, 3 v. St J. )
  14. Can we get a league table for matches only featuring the current bottom 6? I'd imagine PTFC would be doing well but too idle to do it myself...
  15. The improvement Edwards has shown is fantastic. If players move on to better things and PTFC are well compensated so be it. Is there a better keeper than Cerny in the league?
  16. Usual pitifully negative angle. I think Hearts and St. Johnstone are certainly catchable after tonight.
  17. Third successive league win according to the BBC. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39012114 Good to see my licence fee being spent employing halfwits unable to differentiate between league / cup.
  18. Hearts summing up Scottish football there. Disinterested overpaid foreign mercenaries. Are there genuinely no young Scottish players out there better?
  19. Lets be honest - it may be unpalatable but crowds are down because the product on offer is atrocious. In the last few years I could count on one hand games @ Firhill I genuinely enjoyed. To be honest I'm surprised that matches such as last Saturday can still attract 3000 customers with the multitude of options on offer.
  20. Annoys me this sort of comment. If only what? Concentrate on our own team.
  21. With a half share of a 10k crowd + TV cash a reasonably lucrative afternoon in store. Plus not playing RFC / CFC always a positive in my book.
  22. 3 games on the box I think so it should be on - at least there's a £ bung that way.
  23. What a mean spirited bitter statement. Aye let's get a crap draw and get beat just to spite these "fans". That'll teach them!
