Well, we picked up the 3 points, which is the main thing.

Today's team talk: must play the way we played from 2nd min of the 2nd half last Friday and keep pressing thuis lot, they have been floored with a virus so will be lethargic. An early goal and fast movement and passing will tire them out. 2 nil at half time will finish them and we will pick them off as game goes on.

Last night's game: scored 3, lost 4 but in my opinion sneddon sold the 1st 2 goals. I would put Mitchell back in. We had tired legs,and when Alston scored the 3rd, i would have put on fresh legs.

Today's team talk : we must approach this game with the same attitude and commitment as last week. Go rite for the jugular and this lot will collapse 3 before half time is achievable. Our confidence is high, theirs is low. Early goal kills them off.

Today's team talk is fairly easy. Their striker watt has said something that docherty and holt have told them everything about Thistle, and there will be no surprises. I've got that photocopied and put on the changing room wall. Then tell the players to go 'suprise this lot' and scud them 3 nil.

With the light rain falling, I'd tell the strikers to chase in on ANY shot at the keeper incase he spills it, and try and keep shots low so they 'bounce' on the wet surface. Let's get the early goal, and big duncs lot will flap.

Big game today team, I say it most weeks......get right in their face, and an early 2 goals to deflate this lot. Let's pick ourselves up from last week and go repay me, ourselves and the fans.

Both teams come off the back of scoring 4 last week, however our confidence is growing game by game. An early goal and a 2nd before half time and we will see the game oit comfortably.

Don't change much today with tactics, attack attack attack. Winning breeds confidence, and becomes a good habit. Get at them early 1st goal and 4 nil looks good. Then we can look at Friday night as league challenge gets back.

Today's team talk : we must attack from the start, this lot are a bit short on confidence, so BBG get right in about their defence n jeeper, and lets get early goal. Defense just keep it tight with nothing stupid. 3points a must.
