Does anyone actually know what the fck s happening? Are we definitely relegated? Are Dun United not getting promoted? When is this possible ( sham) League reconstruction happening? I agree. Would love our Club to issue a statement full of anger and emotion, naming names and outing the back stabbers. In reality I realise this would be counter productive , but it would be very satisfying.!

Presumably it will be on some media platform to ensure we can all view and hear what is being said.? They will, after all, want to ensure transparency and that sporting inegrity is maintained at all time and by all.

Wholeheartedly agree with your post , with the exception of Point 1. The time for an "expression of disappointment" is long gone. The onlything these people understand and will take heed of is direct action which will inflict disruption, delay and have financial consequences.

This is one for the Legal minds amongst us. Could we, as a member Club of the SPFL, submit a resolution to the effect we have no confidence in the Board of the SPFL and propose a motion seeking their removal from office? It would not succedd ( they probably have a sub clause to the effect such a motion needs 100% votes ) but it would hopefully delay matters. In my view if they are going to shaft us , we should use every avenue available to make life as difficult and awkward for the SPFL as possible.

Dundee vote was received. They voted No. They then got a communication fron the SPFL to the effect that if they would change their vote they would receive recompense for doing so. Does anyone? Anyone at all on here believe their vote was stuck in a Firewall? It is ludicrous .

Fair enough , you clearly know much more about accounting and Company Law than I do . My point is they could easily get agreement to change the contracts to allow them to pay out the money without the season being finished . They seem desperate to link the payments to teams agreeing to declare the season wound up? Why ? It cannot be so Celtic can be declared champions because clearly it would be a qualified honour. It all just seems bizarre , but hopefully there will be an outcome which will result in Thistle staying in the Championship and Doncaster and his highly paid cronies picking up their P45’s.

You seem awful willing to give the SPFL lots of credibility and justification. If I was going into a negotiation with an organisation, I would have a look at there accounts if I thought that might give me a negotiating advantage. If they are technically insolvent , are they allowed to keep trading? Which form of accountants signed off their accounts?

Ok, I understand what you say. If that is the concern, surely the first thing to do is speak to the sponsers. They are not living in a vaccum and understand the circumstances. Say to them , look we want to pay out the prize money early- can you please guarantee that , in the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in, you will not seek to clawback the money. Get that agreed and you remove the potential problem. I still believe the SPFL are hiding behind this "excuse" for their own agenda, which I do not understand.
