  1. This ref is terrible. Never a foul on Wright. He's looked dodgy tonight.
  2. Murray on for Cardle? Christ, is this not bad enough already?
  3. You'd think after scoring early we'd push on but that was desperately poor. Will be very surprised if this team even achieves a playoff spot.
  4. Despite a decent cutback for the goal, our delivery into the box remains abysmal.
  5. Absolutely rancid performance. First 60 mins were truly appalling. Cove midfield bossed it. Despite that we should have won it in the last 15 but still managed to blow. The script was written when Senna blew a guilt edged opportunity. McCall needs to take a good look at himself continuing to start Murray. It's like they've pulled some guy at random off the street and thrown him on the pitch. Cardle did more on his limited time on the pitch than Murray has achieved all season. In fact we played infinitely better when Cardle and Erskine were introduced.
  6. Honestly wouldn't expect a personal response. I would hope the club would take notice of the views of their supporters. So the more people that make contact the better. I would also hope that it just reinforces the decision that the club would have taken anyway.
  7. Wow, potentially that's one hell of a schedule. Perhaps that's why we're expanding our squad with anyone we can get our hands on.
  8. Thought it was a good interview. Mainly because McCall was quite open in his responses. Disagree with his assessment of January last year, still think he ****** up spectacularly. Our demotion had to do with a lot more than a couple of missed penalties. Bit concerned about his comments on Graham. If he's still having headaches after this time, it's a bit of a worry. Head injuries are potentially more serious than any other.
  9. I'm assuming the reason for the 23 April deadline is to allow time for the additional 4 games and the playoffs to be completed without extending the season. Hopefully my assumption is correct.
  10. I'm a little mystified what trawling the Lowland League for loan players is bringing to the table in terms of getting us out of League 1. Also a little embarrassed if I'm being honest. Might have slightly understood if they were youngsters ready to make the step up. Clearly that's not the case. I'm kind undecided about Erskine though. He's a player I've always liked but it was clear he was past his prime the last time he left. Was genuinely surprised when Livingston signed him. He is definitely the type of player our team desperately needs. As would any with **** all creativity. I have literally every appendage crossed that he has some spark of his old ability left. MacIver is the clear exception. I suspect this is the last throw of the dice by Motherwell to see if the lad has a future at the top level. His scoring record isn't encouraging. Can only hope he clicks during his loan. God knows we need goals from somewhere.
  11. Don't think we'll be signing this guy. Hopefully he'll be on our side though. I know it sounds a contradiction.
  12. Couldn't agree more. Simply play the remaining fixtures from the point the leagues were stopped until the 2nd round of fixtures are complete. Then play or don't play additional fixtures from a split of the leagues. That can be sorted in the next few weeks but for the love of God tell us who we are playing in 9 days time. What you have at the moment is when complete incompetence is mixed with complete indifference. Thanks again SPFL.
  13. Hope so, but suspect it will be next season at the earliest. The day I can get the train into Glasgow and watch bar staff pouring me a pint before heading up to Firhill is going to be a bloody good one.
  14. Another match we should have won. Which would have kept us in the Championship. Salvaging a point with the final touch just about sums up why we find ourselves in this mess.
  15. Jesus wept! He's looking to strengthen the one position we actually have well covered. I only hope this isn't costing anything. Any money spent should be directly targeted at improving the absolutely disgraceful goal ratio of 9 goals from 10 games.
  16. It also states it's a home game. Since we've already played Airdrie at home, seems even more unlikely.
  17. So instead of making up the rules as they go along, they're asking the clubs to make up the rules as they go along. These useless ******** just can't be arsed with this.
  18. Disagree about the need for a January overhaul. In December McCall had to some extent turned a corner with Caldwell’s team. 9 points from 4 games and actually playing some decent stuff. Never won a single match in the 8 games played since the start of the transfer window. McCall's rebuild essentially relegated us. Summer was the time to rebuild. It's true performances were starting to pick up when the leagues were stopped. We would probably have finished above QotS but unlikely to get any higher. We were out of the bottom two at the start of January.
