Members Willjag
How do I find my own ISP address ? Start, Run, Cmd, You should then get a DOS window, type ipconfig/all and that will give you all the info you need.

I do get a DOS window, I type in ipconfig/all, but the window closes before I get to note the results... Is there a way round that ?

P-R
Sounds like you aren't actually typing ipconfig /all in the DOS window but typing it where you get the window popping up to type the command you want to run  As Willjag said do Start - Run then type 'cmd' in the textfield, you should then get a DOS window pop up, then type 'ipconfig /all' in the DOS window. It should stay visible.
