joe the driver
A colleague at work asked the company for an advance on his wages, (a sub) and was told that, by law, they are not allowed to do this, as they would have to be registered as lenders. Anyone heard of this before, or is it just flannel by our caring, sharing, multi-national company? Sorry, Just realised this is in the wrong forum, I'm sure some kind-hearted administrator will move it for me. There is a legal jargon term for the point your employer is trying to make to your colleague. It's known by Employment Law barristers as 'pish'. 1 John Lambie
Nice sig by the way lol I walked out the old tunnel, probably a couple of minutes after we had scored to hear the Thistle fans singing this (it didn't sound like a lot of fans were singing it, but you could hear it loud & clear) brought a big smile to my face!
