sigesige00
There is a loophole in the rule of goal kick. According to the present rule, goal kick is kicked from goal area, and when the ball goes out of the penalty area, the ball is in-play. By using this rule, the winning side can kill time. The winning side can kill time by kicking the ball not to go out of penalty area. Therefore, the present rule should be changed. The rule should be "When the kicker kicks the ball, the ball is in-play".

The ball is in play when it goes outside the penalty area.

Blackpool Jags
As a rule (NPI), referees come down quite heavily on keepers who waste time by *****ing about taking goal kicks. Btw, sigesige, are there any rules of the game that you ARE happy with? Just wondered.

In Japan, the actual playing time is shorter than Europe, because the Japanese referees are more strict on fouls. If the actual playing time is measured like Futsal, there will be no such problem.
