Steven H
and why Saturday? Why not on the Tuesday when SFL chairmen are supposed to be meeting to discuss these 'proposals' in further detail?
MWM
Sounds a bit half baked, and at short notice. If it emerges over the next day there is sufficient interest, no reason why I should not be there. While there won't likely be any blazers in Hampden HQ, a decent turnout would attract the tv cameras and newspapers, and as a result some bad PR for the SFA and SPL. Tinyman
I'll pop along if something is organised
Lindau
What type of turnout can be expected.? You cant expect people from Kirkcaldy, Montrose, Arbroath, Dundee etc to travel through. Its a peak holiday period, lotsa people work on a Saturday (like me this weekend) etc. Could be embarrassing Edited June 29, 2012 by Lindau
stuart_adam
Seems to be 2pm @ Hampden on Saturday 30th June. Wil be interesting to see how many turn up, if any.
Mr Bunny
Sounds like a recipe for embarrassment. We slagged the H^ns for their march on Hampden and now giving them a chance to get their own back. If it is felt that some kind of action is required beyond what can be with your own club, the the first thing that needs to be done is for fans of various clubs to get together and organise some kind of proper campaign of action. Just random folk turning up at Hampden tomorrow is likely to turn out to be pretty feeble and what's worse give the other side an excuse to say "that shows how few people really are against this when push comes to shove".
