mgow Posted October 29, 2013 Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 Yes, I got a new ticket on Friday so was able to use it successfully on Sunday. Mine had failed to work at the Hibs game and it seems the bloke with the clipboard worked some magic. It is possible that my ticket never really worked as I recall seeing it flash red a couple of times before but had always been waved through. Must have an honest looking face ;-) Getting the new ticket / card was a bit of a surprise. The letter with it mentioned that I need to look after it as replacements would cost me £5. It didn't give me any clues as to what the root cause might have been (faulty from start, getting too close to away fans, etc) or any general care instructions (stay away from microwaves or other radiation) though.
