  1. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/B79vj8U-6rY/maxresdefault.jpg Hopefully the above link works - if so, why couldn't Thistle have asked for this allocation at Celtic park? This was the Celtic v Morton game in last years league cup How much better would it be to sit there as apposed to where they are currently going to be putting us? Should we blame Celtic or our board for not thinking of the fans again?
  2. this is ridiculous... would it be a crazy to buy a ticket in the celtic end (lisbon lion stand) ensuring you can see the game and still sit near the rest of the thistle fans? "if they can sit in our seats, why dont we sit on theirs..." there is no way I am buying a ticket to sit in a pokey wee corner of a 1/4 full stadium...
  3. Is there any coverage of this on the tv - BBC ulster or similar ??
  4. Does that make it OK that it is £55 for an age: 6 kit ??
  5. Looks like no mini kits again... Age: 6 = £55 Strip: £35 Shorts: £13 Socks: £7 AAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH.......
  6. Sheffield Utd News @ShefUtdNews 4h Sheffield United: Tug of war for Blades striker - Lyle Taylor could be poised to leave Bramall Lane after a second... ow.ly/2IzwEj View details · Cant open the link at work - does this say who the tug of war is between??
  7. Just heard from Joma, "we will be releasing a kids kit next season for 12,24 and 36 months and above this will be as before..." Excellent (I think not...) £55 for a Thistle kit - age: 5 / 6 - is simply ridiculous... Lets hope Barca, Valencia, Galatasary, etc... have a nice red'n'yellow kit for 2014 / 15 - I refuse to pay £55 fo a football kit - even if it is the team I love. I won't be surprised if I can get two kits for £60 - the joy of twins...
  8. Are we going to get a 'kit' Price for the kids instead if having to buy all items individually. Last year it was approx £55 to buy an age 5 kit- dearer than any other team in scotland (and most English premiership teams). I think £35 would be fair, what do others think for age 5 / 6 ?
  9. Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld usually for east / up north games - not sure if the same applies for mid-week games
  10. when can we 1st see any highlights - bbc web / spfl youtube / other ???? cant wait to see gary fraser's goal and player celebrations
  11. absolutely tremendous - proud to be a jags fan tonight, tomorrow, forever.... the players deserve the bigest show of appreciation we can give them on saturday... PARTY TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. The Firhill Connection (The French Connection) Sparta-chips (Spartacus) Pulp Fish'n Chips (Pulp Fiction)
  13. The best bit of the highlights for me was the reaction of the players after the equaliser - it was like Airdrie all over again, no time for celebrating, get back to half way and let's get a winner.
  14. Can someone tell me how this works, do you have to be pre-registered ? can you you register on the day ? can you just turn up and get in ? my boys - age 5 - have been asking about getting players autographs, thought this might be the best way to start...
  15. Trouble on firhill road again - anyone see what happened?
  16. I thought this when we were there - why not open more turnstiles? then I had a look about and couldn't see any more... People just need to get there nice and early...
  17. Tried to buy my twin boys - age 5 - the home kit, I called to enquire about buying a kit rather than jus. a shirt only to be told the don't offer that - all items need to to be purchased separately - thus meaning it was going to cost me £54 each.... Shocking really when you look at any other uk club and discover we are by far the dearest - man utd, arsenal, Newcastle, barca all range from £ 32 - £40 + more for names and badges etc... I e-mailed the club and ttl but no significant response - in fact no response at all from the club at all.
  18. any update on who the chosen ones are???
  19. with all the talk of Novo signing for Morton and whether we would or would not be interested in signing him if he became available in January... many people say never because of previous diving, cheating, etc... but are there other players that we used to "hate" then were converted into liking??? Paul McGrillen Mark Roberts to name two to get this started....
  20. if you didnt have to buy tickets thru a CSC then all the guys who cant possibly live without sitting in the north stand for one game maybe should of bought a ticket for the north stand - sorted !!
  21. whatever peoples view are on this, we all need to support team - banners, protests, etc wont help the team and right now we need every bit of support possible (even if it means sitting in the main stand for one game) until we get back to winning ways. also, lets hope there are no smart arses that think we should be setting off smoke bombs / flares in the main stand just to prove a point - if so they should be given life bans from the club
  22. probably one the players i have disliked most over the years - but if he scores goals for Morton between now and January (to which I believe he is only signed until) then he is definately someone we should be trying to bring in. I'm sure if you ask the fans of all the clubs that he has played for they will say they loved him - if he scores goals for us to keep us in the premier then all will be forgiven... (lets look upon it as he would be repaying his debts for being a diving, cheating, little bar steward...)
  23. Sorry if I haven't noticed this elsewhere, but what actually happened to Scott - was he ill, had an accident or other ??? Not that it makes any difference, still a sad loss to the Thistle family.... I'm sure all our thoughts are with his friends and family
  24. Police flying everywhere after the game yesterday... hopefully not related to the game (albiet likely...) anyone know what was happening??
