great to see the big man back. he might not be fit just yet, but he brings a big personality and physical presence with him which can only be a good thing for the team.

Just got back. Great result. We actually scored from a corner. Their goalkeeper made a right mess of the catch and boyle scuffed it in the goal. We were on top at that point in the game. After that they had so much possesion mainly because we didnt hold onto the ball and kept going deeper. Although they had a lot of the ball, they didnt have too many good chances. Archie looked a bit shaky at the start of the game but got better towards the end. It was good to see mcnamara in midfield, he looks much more comfortable there and the team played better because of it. Good second goal, flannigan was involved and should have scored, but eskine followed it up to score. Mark corcoran looks just as bad for county as he was in the second part of last season for us. Great result. Mon the jags.

Terrible. I can accept that some of them are not good enough but i cannot accept the lack of effort and fight in the team. I cant believe the formation we played today. Yet again we were dominated in the midfield. Even though it was probably a foul before the first goal, the lack of people closing down was awful. We hardly ever put them under pressure. They have just come off the back of a hammering and didnt play well today, which shows how bad we were. Flannigan was the only player who tried to create anything. We will need a huge performance to get something from ross county next week.

Awful result. Some of the players are so poor. I thought we were in control after doolan's goal. The defence went a-wall. Halliwell has to do better, he palmed the shot straight to andy gibson to score. He never even made an attempt to save the second goal. That is where we miss tuffey, he was always so alert and really good with his movement on the goal line. The one positive was stuart bannigan who i thought looked very composed on the ball and didnt do much wrong. I cant belive flannigan wasnt even in the squad. He is the only midfielder who can create anything. I cant believe mcall took doolan off, that was a terrible decision. Im struggling to see us picking up anything at queen of the south next week.

What a horrible afternoon. I know mccall has to take some of the blame but the players were a disgrace. Some of them need to get a grip and show a bit of commitment. Look at raith rovers, a team that does not have a huge budget, small squad and players who are average, but they give 100% every week and really care and do a bit extra for the team and are now top of the league. I dont see some of our players doing that wee bit extra for each other. That is now twice in a week where we have conceded from a corner. You would have thought that the players might have learned. Cairney was poor and looks like he has gone backwards from last season. The first touch of players such as rowson was dreadful. McCall needs to give the players a kick up the backside. Also i saw paddy boyle at the johnnie walker championship in gleneagles today.

So disapointed about today. Toothless up front. Doolan looked like the only player who gave a dam for us. Morton were pretty poor today which shows how bad we were. Buchanan should be dropped for tuesday night, he had a poor game. The second goal was a joke. Even if the ball didnt cross the line, i cant believe how our wall let the ball go right through it. We didnt deserve anything from the game. Lets hope we do well on tuesday.

I would keep the same team and formation. Last season mccall kept on making changes and we never had a settled team. In mccall's first two seasons he mainly used a 3-5-2 and we were always tight at the back and didnt concede many goals. I think grehan should play because morton will probably play McCaffrey and Smyth who are big guys. Also because cappielow is quite a tight pitch we tend to play quite a few long balls up front so we need that height.

So annoyed by that display. Nobody taking responsability for us today, a lack of leadership out there. Other teams probably cant wait to play us. Im quite worried as it looks like nothing has improved since last year. The same old missing chances story and dodgy defending. Raith rovers are not a brilliant team but are just a bit more wiser and have players better at decision making than us. I feel a bit sorry for kinneburgh as every mistake he makes ends up in a goal or a sending off. On the positive side i thought flannigan did well and looked our best player. I was dissapointed at some of our fans who shouted "sack the board", saying that dosn't help anyone. McCall needs to get us far more organised. Lets hope we can beat dundee next week.

Fantastic result. Well done the under 19's. Just saw the livingston line up on their website, all 4 jacobs brothers played along with others who play for their first team regularly. Some achievement considering livingston's record of producing good players. Since we are short on money this is the way to go by giving the youngsters a chance. It gives the us reason to be positive. Absolutly delighted. Rowson had a brilliant game. I cant believe erskine got motm, but to be fair to him he played better in the second half. If queens took their chances we would have been out of sight. Really pleased for doolan, mccall should have given him more chances and not put him out on loan. Probalby our goal of the season. Great way to finish the season, hopefully we will do much better next year. Mon the Jags.
