That was a pathetic no-show from almost every outfield player today and a total insult to all the Jags fans who have shown tremendous support to the team and manager every single game this season. They stole money from us all today and should be ashamed of themselves.

It was a great team performance, and today we reaped the rewards that we have been due from the start of the season. There were tmes today we played the 2 nd best team in the league off the pitch. Well done to the team and the management for a well deserved victory.

Some people on here are only capable of supporting the players when we are winning.

We looked no worse or better scoring wise when we swapped strikers. As you say the changes were like for like so there was no change in tactics. Like you I think the option of two up front looked good and seems well worth trying for 90 mins. With Higgy injured and Erskine not eligible next week then maybe the DU game is the ideal opportunity to change formation.

Almost as useless as your supposed support for the team. We've taken points from Ross County and Kilmarnock both above us on form and 4 from 6 off Hearts and St Mirren below us on form We had a very decent second half against St Johnstone, were unlucky not to get at least a point who are also above us on form and and who are likely to be in the top 6 come the seasons end. Still let's not get positive that we seem to be finding our feet after a very poor run.

Fairly certain Doolan will start this one as Taylor did look knackered on Saturday. Bigger decisions for Archie are in defence and midfield selection.

I love the thought of them imploding :-) . Maybe the battle for top spot would be tighter than I'm thinking it would be, but based on the size of their fan base their budget would still be much bigger than ours sadly.

Archie deserves the job for this season and next at least. It will be tough though getting straight back up next season if we are relegated due to Sevco so the best we could hope for would be 2nd place. If we stay up this season, and I think we can, we should have more playing budget next season because we won't have to spend on the pitch and stadium like we did for this season. My only concern is does Archie have the contacts to get the right players in to improve the squad? We are bound to lose ATS, Lawless, possibly Doolan and maybe more.

Fair points, although I'd say Dools fresh legs and work rate in tandem with Taylor would have given them major problems. They dominated midfield later on in the game partly because they were able to play higher up the pitch from the back.

I think 4-4-2 would have been worth trying again. It Looked ok against Ross County. Essentially when Muirhead came on we were playing 5-4-1 as he was too deep. 4-4-2 would maybe have forced Killie to defend a bit deeper themselves.
