I am assuming that SS have paid us for the privelage of supplying the food from the pie stalls and they take all the profit, I wonder how much we make from the franchise

Maybe we need to look to istall a returns queue as well at the pie stalls to speed the process up and also give the punters in the other queue a visual control on how good or bad the product is that particular day, "returns queue busy = stop standing in line the pies are crap, returns queue empty = stay in line the pies are edible (or everyones really drunk and has the munchies) I dread to think how the contract is with SS in regards price hikes, there is obviously nothing in it regarding minimum service, quality & hygiene levels, I'm sure I heard it has one season left but knowing our luck it probably has an extension if the supplier would like it.

The club really need to address this as if the "eat else where" continues and grows, when it comes to putting it out to tender when SS finish their contract there will be no catering to tender out. Hi Auld Yin, Spoke to my Dad this morning, he stated it was a shambles, someone on his seat too, contact the club they have sold you a product (A seat) and can't re-sell the same product with out your say so under sale of goods act, the club off field is a shambles at the moment, oh and it'll be 19 years in December The off field operation is no longer fit for purpose

My Dad's seats was occupied, but they moved, and the ST holders behind my dad's seats were taken by other new ST holders, even though the guys behind have held they seats for years and renewed their seats right at the start, and they never moved.

I agree with this, but the players put a hell off a lot into last nights game so we may have a few tired legs, I really want us to go all the way to Hampden in this tournament (And the Scottish Cup)

Just imagine if we could all sign up at £60.......... think of the revenue, that's almost £12K from Nomads alone we are missing on. Now imagine we had a live commentary taking it to £75 a season or Live matches for Non UK residents (Like Falkirk TV Or Rangers TV) at say £120 a season, for the Nomad Tag...... the cash till could be bulging
