  1. If you buy her a membership for her birthday you can bring her to the EGM
  2. Tomorrow we will be launching a new Thistle Pin This is a members-exclusive opportunity to purchase a pin badge depicting a true Thistle hero. There is a limited run, so members need to book a place in a queue. Emails will hit your inboxes tomorrow morning! Don't miss out!
  3. Our board will (as always) be in the ground as fans, happy to chat to anyone. We’re not allowed though to set up a table banners or have an official presence on club property
  4. They don’t have an email address so a tad difficult
  5. https://thejagsfoundation.co.uk/tjf-match-day-presence/?fbclid=IwAR3yOVsgyg65VRP4nri2cuoSV8xtPuGJwH6bdLBaBzvZebso8_h0xlzswCI
  6. Try not to confuse The Jags Trust (Elected) with The PTFC Trust (selected). It’s The PTFC Trust that’s been offered the shares
  7. From The Jags Foundation We have scrutinised the PTFC Trust proposal that has been publicised by Three Black Cats. In short, we do not believe that this share transfer should proceed unless and until the fans have been fully informed about what it will involve and have had the opportunity to express a view about whether this fan ownership in any meaningful sense, or indeed what they want for the Club. We urge all minority shareholders of PTFC to make the same point to the Club Board. https://thejagsfoundation.co.uk/tjfs-appraisal-of-the-preferred-recipient-announcement/
  8. Would you get in with a hand towel, bar of soap and container of hot water?
  9. Can you ask me one on quantum physics as I may have a better guess
  10. It’s pretty hypothetical as we don’t know who or how yet. Is it a small group of Thistle fans that would have control on their own, or a small group of fans who would engage and bring onboard the fan base (including TJF) and have their views listened to and be accountable to? Ive no idea what’s being proposed but of course TJF is open for discussion and would enter (if consulted) without prejudice or preconceptions. Is it fan ownership (Motherwell model) or owned by fans (Like when Beattie was in charge).
  11. The more pertinent question would be season ticket holders that qualify for The PTFC trust (2 years continuous prior to this season’s) who are also Foundation members
  12. Can’t be the voice of the existing season ticket holders who qualify if they don’t communicate with them. They could though be the vehicle.
  13. I saw Thistle play at Hampden with less fans than that
  14. By trying to be fully transparent with what we’ve done, shown our vision and engaged with fans at events, matches, supporters buses and on line all we can do is ask them to give it consideration. We are seeing an incredible uptake on membership both since we came on board and in last 36 hours. For this we are thankful and humbled
  15. I would hope both parties were shown the same information, unless other party already had access to it.
  16. 800 club was the predecessor to what is now The Centenary fund
  17. The issue is it’s not inclusive of all who want to be part of it, if you can’t afford a season ticket for 3 seasons in a row your not part of it, also you may be a season ticket holder of many years but want nothing to do with it, only way to leave is not renew your season ticket
  18. We are actively trying to get more to get onboard, and to help with this in the current cost of living crisis, we’ve launched the £1 a month membership for those that find the £10 too much to afford, as we need football and the foundation to be inclusive of all, regardless of personal circumstances. https://thejagsfoundation.co.uk/join-the-jags-foundation-today-for-1-per-month/?fbclid=IwAR1LecGA0dOBpKA6FJGPj8Em1lg1gdOCFeenErQubFuDIZ3D8ADz-3QJkII
  19. 2800 included away fans and Under 16’s who can’t be members.
  20. I suppose anything is possible, but that would not really be Fan Ownership but a Fan who is the owner
  21. No one knows except 3BC. For fan ownership to actually be “Fan” ownership it needs fans to be informed, engaged and onboard. The Jags Foundation has all of these (Plus raising over £70k a year that could supplement existing budget) with over 640 (and rising) active members, the biggest fan organization in recent history at the club, it keeps its members informed, we all have faces and bio’s for all to see. To date the rival “preferred” party (to my knowledge) has no membership, no engagement, no names associated with it. Transparent & Dynamic Vs Who knows All will be apparent by next Friday and maybe we’ll get a pleasant surprise as fans and if so I’m sure the Foundation would be more than willing to work with them going forward, or maybe we won’t get what we thought we were getting. Time will tell, and I’ll keep an opened mind till then, but The Jags Foundation is not going away, we plan to continue to grow to give our membership a real voice going forward.
  22. I’d encourage you to join The Jags Foundation. The larger the membership the stronger the voice
