Once again well done to the lads today Given the fact that the lads have won today playing what seems a decent Livi team. Does anyone else not feel that we are going in the correct direction with regard to the youngsters ? I have no idea of the cost implications of bringing a young lad on to 1st team/reserve status. My concerns with the youth set up is the ability of other clubs to poach them. I am thinking back to the olden days when people like Jim McLean were tying youngsters to 6 & 7 year contracts. How else can we guarantee we will benefit ?
