On the other hand he has no experience of Div 1 football. Personally I think Ross Co have been underachieving and someone like Calderwood will get improvement. Let's hope it's not immediate. He does actually; he won promotion with Dunfermline in his first season. It was over ten years ago right enough. Good appointment for County. He is becoming somewhat of a "rent-a-manager" though.
