The red card - an automatic decision for a player who attacks anyone on the field - riled his Dorchester team-mates, who complained to the referee in vain. twinny Posted March 9, 2011 Report Share Posted March 9, 2011 I can't remember who it was, but there was a player who tripped up a pitch invader a couple of years back and I'm sure he was sent off too. I remember hearing at the time that it was in the rules a player would be sent off for such an event, as Yoda mentions in his quotation.
