jasmclaughlin
Hi folks, just tuned in to find out how the Jags are doing. Crowd given as 3,439 with 223 Jags fans present. Decent crowd for a midweek game, 7th meeting between the 2 sides this season and Falkirk with no chance (IMO) of going up. So when are we going to equalise? We're not. 2-0. Mr Bunny
Does that mean Rowson will miss the next game? We'd better have some of the walking wounded fit soon or we'll have a real downer of an end to the season. Disappointed with the result but not tremendously downhearted. But I feel a bit sorry for MacNamara having to take over so suddenly and having to deal with such an injury-stricken squad (and now Rowson out). Hope he can keep the heads up and get some decent performances (and results) in the last few games. MWM
I'd love to say thats a good thing because I don't want a couple of rookies again, but I think they are a shoe in for the job regardless.
Fawlty Towers
Hit the woodwork twice and missed some excellent chances according to reports, be interesting to hear from those at the game about how the team played, any obvious chances in approach, etc. With Rowson's red card and Kinniburgh's booking we will be down to the bare bones for the remainder of the season and both these guys could miss the start of next season as well so that is a bit of a pain. Bannigan was red carded for Ayr as well but with the number of games left for them he should be okay for start of next season. It will be tough against Morton on Saturday but I really hope that the Thistle fans turn out in big numbers to get behind the boys (and that is probably what they will be) plus boost the coffers.
