its4nothing!
My mate just saw him at the job centre going to sign on .... Shows the harsh reality, that not all football players have a luxurious lifestyle.
Lindau
Harsh indeed. Was it not only about 5 years ago that he was getting touted for Scotland
Vom Itorium
I'd imagine Corrigan would get a club but with there being such little money in the game there's not going to be a decent wage on the table for a player his age and with questionable fitness. Juniors might well be where he ends up, I hope he gets something sorted out.
Paulo
Thought he was worth a better run out than he got with us. Could still be here if he was a bit luckier.
Fearchar
Pity - a much better option than Paton.
kennymac29
As much as his better playing days were behind him I think he did pretty well for us when he got a game. Cant remember what game it was he played centre mid (might have been ICT at home) but I thought he was a wise head who read the game better than most in our team. Like u say though, if we are paying £500 a week max then £25k a year salary doesnt go far when your out a job. Good luck martyn.

I would say that the "average" wage of approx £25k is a LOT better than nothing
The Incredible Adam Spark
I would say that the "average" wage of approx £25k is a LOT better than nothing Of course it is, but I don't it's Kenny's point to suggest isn't.
kennymac29
Yeah, I wasnt saying its a pittance just that its not like you'll be able to retire in luxury when your career ends.
kni
I hope that he might come back if McCall can get rid of the dross.
