    Dilemma!

As pointless comments go, this one is right up there as well. If you don't like the thread, move on.

    Dilemma!

It's very difficult to hide what team you support. When Sinclair scored on Wednesday I was the only one that stayed sitting in my seat. Similar when Griffiths scored that heartbreaker there in the 93rd minute. As I said it's the same guys I see at Parkhead all the time, they know I am a jags man and I get no hassle. In saying that, I have still to see the reaction if we had actually won a game, since I started using my mates sons ST. Nearly happened on Wednesday!!
  3. Very good listening though would have been better if Action "Wealth off the Radar" Jackson hadn't been on it. Thought Jim Spence no longer worked on Sportsound?

    Dilemma!

Steady Ian, just don't like giving those cnuts my money! One thing I can say is that I have never accepted a freebie for Firhill and have been offered countless times over the years. The club will always get my money!

Not quite concession age yet Weebaw...lol. Was at that game. Didn't pay for that either as big Andy Anderson got me a comp...lol

    Dilemma!

Easier said than done Bunny when both clubs are built on the bigotry level that exists in this city. In no way am I saying one is better than the other, only that in my experience of going to both grounds over plenty of years, I know what one I prefer to visit if given the choice. Believe it or not, there are plenty of decent Celtic and Sevco fans out there. Think the last time I gave Celtic any of my money was when we missed the 3 penalties in that league cup game. As for Sevco it was the Scottish Cup game that Damon Gray scored in. In both games, the gates were shared. Any other times I have went since then has been on freebies. I am happy that neither of them get my money and it will probably stay that way next weekend as well Vinny!

    Dilemma!

I know of several jags fans that go to these places on the backs of family, friends, mates season tickets. Only downside is, like on Wednesday, your celebrations are nil/muted. I am choosing to sit with my mates who just happen to support the other side, it's not as if I am wondering up there on my own and deciding to sit with Sellik/Sevco fans rather than Thistle fans. I have no qualms about doing that stuff at Parkhead, but no chance of doing it at Ibrokes. My dilemma is whether to get me and the boy tickets for Ibrokes when I vowed never to enter that place again. Ibrokes is one of the few grounds he has never been in and despite their result today I really feel we can get a result there next week.

    Dilemma!

Happened to me at Ibrokes as well and once at Easter Road. Too many of them for me to do anything personally but I have a dislike/hatred for both clubs because of it.

    Dilemma!

Absolute rubbish. I have now been at Parkhead 6/7 times in the same seat, sitting beside my mates and the Celtic fans around know I am a jags fan. I get no hassle whatsoever and they have always been complimentary about Thistle. I know that would never be the case at Ibrokes and have no intention of ever sitting in with that lot. I win either way if I take the free ST option at both clubs as they aren't getting one penny of my hard earned cash. If I do go to Ibrokes it will be via a ticket obtained at Firhill!
  12. and yes the Cerny save is incredulous. Just wonder how close that was to being over the line? If Gordon or Fuderingham had made that save we would never have heard the end of it. Be interesting to see if it's mentioned on Sportscene tonight!

    Dilemma!

It is a horrible thought! There is a big, big difference with the two clubs. I now regularly sit with my two Celtic mates when we play them at Porkheid, thanks to using one of their sons ST. The guys about them know I am a jags man and they said to me after the game on Wednesday that we have been the best Scottish side to visit Parkhead this season. I know that if I was in the same position at Ibrokes this Saturday that I would probably be threatened and call a fenia* barsteward! If I do go, it will be with a ticket from the club and with the knowledge that I will be sitting with my own!
  14. for anyone that doesn't have jagzone!

Can understand your logic, but do we really want to miss out on a 8000 or so gate?
  16. Really want to go to Ibrokes on Saturday, but vowed never, ever to set foot in there again. Have got the offer of a free ST for the day from a Sevconian in work but unlike Wednesday night, there is no way I could sit in with that lot for 90 minutes. Really think we can win this game. Mmmm, if I can get a ticket from Firhill in the general sale, should I or shouldn't I?
  17. I am assuming they can run off further copies because I know yesterday that they ran out in the North Stand and they got around 20 spares they had from hospitality. It really is a fine tribute to Dools and well worth having if you can get it!
  18. The jagzone footage confirms it was a wonder save and that it was behind him when he somehow kept it out. Get that contract extension out now Archie!
  19. Just another nod to myself for yet another correct score on the match threads. Those kind guys at Billy Hills gave me a nice 6/1. Add to that the winner, 3rd and 4th from 3 ew picks in the GGs thread for today's National and a Top 6 place means it's been a wonderful day!
  20. I was at the side where he made the save and I am pretty sure it was behind him when he scooped it out. Was certain it was a goal. Agree with what you say though. Don't know how many times I have got things wrong that I was sure were right, only to be disproved when viewed on telly. Looking forward to see if the telly does it justice though. Some of the early online editions of some of the papers are saying it was a wonder save!
  21. Might be wrong but I think they sold out!
  22. Seriously, and I can only go with what I saw in the split second it happened, but it must be up there with the Banks save against Brazil or am I exaggerating?? I am not sure how he dug that one out. Now we have the Top 6 money guaranteed, give him an extended two year contract. Dools obviously got MOTM for the goal, but that award should have went to Cerny for that incredible save
  23. Can anybody believe that crowd was less than 4000 today? Pretty sure they said 810 Well fans leaving just over 3000 of us. JHS looked pretty busy from my view in the North and the North was busy as well. Pretty baffling, though admittedly my mince pies ain't as good as they used to be!
  24. Hats off to the programme boys (and girls) today. The Doolan special is a collectors item
  25. Brilliant day football wise and bookie wise. 3 horses selected and finished 1st, 3rd and 4th. Booooom! Blootered City (Byres Rd) here we come!
