well if you want good coaches at the club, get rid of peaso and allison.peaso just a puppet,not got a say in what happens,and allison has no man management skills,and that to be the head of youth just does'nt work.IMO.

they play the run of the mill system,our 4-2-3-1 is hard to get used too,is it working? seems to be with the first team,at lower level not so sure,but as you said will take time to grind it in to the younger ones.but i agree makes sense to play it.just have to teach them to play as a hole unit and when they are good enough they should fit right in.

get it!!! you know what i mean,i did expect more from them though, after all they are suppose to be the bench mark in scottish footie. ha ha ha.

i think celtic where so ordinary and the boys matched them in every department.great result.
