  1. Another problem is see with the team and surely other teams have seen it too is, we started the game on Saturday with 2 right footed players on the left, which every time they got the ball they cut inside and we also had a left footed player on the right. During McNamara time when we did this, erskine and lawless were always changing sides during games, but Archie hardly ever changes lawless and Higgy. I know we do this for them to cut inside onto their good foot, but it hasn't really worked for a while now. I would like to see lawless on the left and Higgy on the right with booth and SOD at full back.
  2. Saturday was the1st time in a few yrs that fans were booing the players and also the fans giving fans verbals. Strange especially with over half the game to go. I think due to the selection a few fans were ready to erupt before the game, but yes the singing has been more vocal and needs to get back to where we have been. Ps... My only gripe apart from the team performance was the smelly barsteward who was fecking letting aff ( rotten egg) the whole game. If you are on here then please feck off somewhere else cos u are fecking stinking smelly barsteward!!!! Sorry about the rant, but the chunt is a smelly tramp that does it constantly at home games and needs a plug up his arse.
  3. Always been the same for decades willjag, won't change.
  4. Hawd on a minute. I thought it was Craigen who was the weakest player, or was it Higgy. I could be wrong it maybe banzo, but saying that on his day lawless is pish as well. Then on the other hand what about Elliot he's shit as well, and then there's stevo who must be the worst signing ever, but there shouldn't be any surprises to us cos we have a manager who is the worst ever at our club. So to sum things up for us all we have a team full of weak/shit players who are being managed by a shit management team. Oh what pride I feel to be a partick thistle fan right now.
  5. True, but as stated above why only (now reporting 30 odd) lifted when full stadium was doing it. Why single out individuals who are singing something the rest are singing? What is sectarian.. A gypsy barsteward, a F...... Barsteward or a orange barsteward? One fan can sing FTP and FTQ but when another fan with blue or green scarf sing it they are branded bigots and sectarian. As if have said yes we do have a problem. I often hear our own fans refer to rangers as h*ns, this is deemed sectarian but some think it's ok to spout it out when enquiring how the h*ns are doing. It also seems that it is ok to play the banned tunes whilst walking down the Main Street with a flute and drum (both sides of the divide) but just don't sing the words.......CRAZY.
  6. Agree with your post, but what is decent behaviour at football. Ban swearing, ban fans that are too full of the drink that make a James hunt of themselves at the game (which is meant to happen), Ban any song that insults a player or opposing fan. We as a country have a sectarian problem, not just at the football, but it seems that it is football supporters that are taking the brunt of the blame.
  7. Where does this free speech start and stop, example being..at the hamilton game the north stand( me included) sang at the top of our voices ...your just a wee gypsy ******* towards dougie imrie. That was deemed fine, but what is the difference from rangers fans singing ****** ******* and Celtic fans singing orange *******. Yes we do have a problem but not with people singing songs at football games. How can they possibly justify this law, when 50000 sang sectarian songs but only 10 got lifted for sectarian offences? What about the rest? It doesn't work and needs to be abolished.
  8. Not seen anyone getting jailed or fined for singing songs at a football match in England, but happens up here. Only our government who have implemented an outrageous law. So free speech for some as long as we don't sing it? Mental!!!
  9. Aye, but what happened to " free speech" ? Cannot have it both ways. As was seen not so long ago in Paris and the resulting governments decrying it and shouting about "free speech" being aloud, but then people get up in arms about what people are singing at a football match.
  10. What really gets me are the 2 faced scottish leaders who on 1 hand shout from the roof tops about peoples right to free speech after the Paris atrocity, but bring a law in that people get arrested and jailed for singing songs. Only in this backwater of a country.
  11. Didn't watch it, couldn't give a feck, but what happened a couple of weeks ago in Paris and the aftermath, which correctly pointed out that "free speech" should be allowed. So what that 50,000 bigots got together and sang some songs to each other. Yes the violence and abuse after the game is out of order, but really..singing songs at a football game. Canny have it both ways free speech for some but not for others. Ps..if it offended you why the hell did you watch it? Never been offended in my life by what some opposing fans sang at me!

    Higgy!

If that was the case, why hasn't he produced anything this year, cos lawless has been our spark this year and Higgy should be producing something on the other side of the pitch. Higgy is a one man band most of the time. Instead of trying the easy thing at times he tries too hard to produce a piece of magic, and as seen last night! he takes the hump when subbed. He is the only player this season to react the way he did last night by walking straight down the tunnel. That tells me he thinks more as a 1 man band than a team player.
  13. Osman had a horror of a 1st half. The amount of misplaced passes from him was more than he has given away all season. Poor performance from the team, thought booth looked ok for his first game with the squad.
  14. The way I look at it is this, if Rangers are a new team that has came into the league, like say Gretna for example, then I for one wouldn't be much more exited as I would be if we beat say,st mirren, Morton, Ross county ect, BUT truth be told, if and when we meet them and we do achieve a victory, I for one will be going mental ( way the drink ect) celebrating, just the same as I will be when we skelp the other cheek of the same arse. So for me on that and that alone they are the same now as they were then.
  15. Should have had a penalty. The defender kicked SOD in the face when SOD went to header it. Collum is a total *******. 22players on the park, but ****** has to make it all about him. He is the worst ref in Scotland!!!
  16. **** the daily ranger / rebel. Try the evening times, they have a ptfc section and run 3or 4 story's a week mate.
  17. I think it is around 20k per year per boy per year that eufa value they are worth in a transfer. So if Hendry had been there 5 yrs that still only equates to £100k. What I am saying/ asking is, the boy from hamilton doesn't look that good. We have SOD, Fraser, banzo, lawless,, all 23 or under, all over 100 games at a higher level than hamilton boys have been playing at, but we don't seem to have any offers anywhere near £1million never mind over £2million. Off the top of my head the last 2 offers we have recieved has been £50k for lawless when he had 1 yr left and £30k for SOD who has the same length of contract left as the hamilton boy. So what makes them valued so much higher?
  18. Would gladly take 3 or 4 of the face every game if it helped the team to perform like that every week.
  19. Serious question I thought I would put out. After reading the hamilton chairmen's statement on the Hendry saga, and what he based his transfer valuation of his players, ie...age, appearances ect. It got me thinking. Hendry is 20 and played 120 games for them, abait mostly in the 2nd tier. Minimum value..£2million So what are some of our players worth. Of the top of my head banzo must have played more games, is a little older, and also has an under 21 cap same as Hendry. SOD as well falls into the same category minus the Scotland cap and maybe even Lawless. So after watching us destroy them last night, surely our players must be near what they are achieving cash wise for their players. Or is there something I'm missing about this hamilton team?
  20. Well here's a first for me. At the game last night O'donnell sliced a shot into the North. Stand, and it flew straight at myself, caught it and was well chuffed. Well thought that was that, but no. Lawless hit a shot just wide in the 1st half, I jumped up cos I thought it was in, on landing I turned round and was hit squarely in the nose and caught the fecking ball again. If you have recorded highlights you will see, guy with white jacket on, lol And just to wrap things up, what a result. Whole team was mesmerising at times, well done to the team, management and back room staff. Certainly a great feeling leaving the ground last night. Hopefully another 2 good performances/wins over the next 2games.
  21. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gzDmpg0aUaw. Highlights, could watch this all night :-)
  22. Your team was shit!! End of! And you printed it twice and a third time after the teams were announced you had a go at dools. You wanted 3 boys in the team, dools dropped and lawless dropped. Eccleston hasn't kicked a ball since arriving and certainly doesn't deserve a start. Lawless is one of our best players this yr and didn't have his best game against Saints but neither did 90% of our team, but you stated that Higgy should start, but Higgy was pish as well on Saturday.
