How could he have done much more ? Before Friday, we had no idea what league we would be in. If we had got promoted the it would be harsh not to have automatically appointed Graham/Wilson. About all that could be done before Friday is go through the applications and draw up a short list to interview. Looks like that was done.

I wonder if we could prise Shaw away from Hamilton ? Way too good for League One, but would probably need to be a replacement for Graham rather than in addition to him.

Caddis is younger than Graham. Could he still do a job at right back (and cover on the left) ?

Rogers in that list so that we hope it is Conte,Nagelsmann or Guardiola ? If those are the best we can do, shoud we be considering joint managers ?

I would hope not. What would have happened if Graham/Wilson had earned promotion ? “Thanks, but your fired !”. Besides, we would not have known what league we were playing in, and that would influence the manager we need/could get/finance. If any decision was made before Friday night it would be scandalous
